環境沒話説，房間也都不錯。但是前台的態度真的差到離譜。我有看到評論説四五點才有房間入住。我已經有心理準備，3點到辦的入住，被告知無限等待沒有具體時間。就發脾氣了。天黑了才給房間，第二天要求12點退房，什麼事這叫？結果人家給我的態度就是：很不耐煩，你先別吵，我看下。然後5分鐘就給我房間了。（總結就是嫌我事多，先把我解決了）看到**評論説還有人報警了…………中餐又難吃又貴。全是冷凍食材。配的200一個人。還有很多人沒預約都沒飯吃。還有就是員工培訓……懶得説了。我慶幸衹定了一晚

年前和幾個朋友聚會，經朋友介紹打卡了磐安的圖卷9號，呆了三天兩晚，第一晚是朋友好早前秒殺的，非常划算，第二晚就從攜程訂了。由上海出發驅車將近4小時到達。check in有歡迎毛巾和熱飲，buggy送到山上的別墅。我們預訂的是3卧別墅，進門空間感很好，有歡迎水果和店選紅酒，mini吧有免費小食和飲料啤酒。房間有開放式廚房但是目前不可加工食物。落地窗連接着户外平台和泳池，出門看到山景，雖然是冬天但很愜意，若是夏天一定更美了，適合露天BBQ和泳池趴。房間嘛 ... 室外設計還不錯，室內傢俱比較普通。Anyway建議酒店加配全身鏡和暖光床頭燈會增加舒適度……晚上聚會dinner和早餐都是在ADD，早上坐在全山景的落地窗前不要太愜意啊，陽光充足有回到夏天的感覺，聽説chef是有國際酒店背景的，中午和晚上在商業街吃了麪館和火鍋，餐飲口味整體感覺不錯，食材也夠新鮮，價格也公道；晚上定了麻將房和KTV，聽説電影院是對外開放的，和城市同步放映。第三天早上爬了棧道，常年不鍛鍊有點喘……總體而言整個入住體驗還不錯，呆上個兩三天沒問題。山裡空氣很好，但晝夜温差比較大，晚上出門還是挺冷的。酒店適合家庭和團建，有機會會再來。
