A really great hotel! The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The front desk service was also very good, and the room was kept spotless. I loved it!

Being assigned a room with window blinded and sealed, in essence no windows. The bed is too soft and narrow to support two people. Almost slipped to the floor during midnight. Asked for a cancellation for remaining dates but rejected by the hotel. The room deco is terrible. Not the usual Holiday Inn standard. We left the next day and booked another hotel. What a waste of money and disruption to our holiday mood.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.   Location is perfect.  The room facilities are a bit old, i would suggest to have renovation in the room.

Location is perfect . Right in the heart of Hausseman. 10mins to Gallleries Lafayette. Room is nice and clean. Front desk was very helpful and friendly.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with many restaurants and cafes just a short walk away. The metro station is right in front of the hotel, making it very convenient to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort and easy access to everything Paris has to offer!

The location is great—very close to the metro exit. However, I’d like to point out some issues. The room door and bathroom door were very difficult to open; it took a lot of force each time. Also, my room was on the 7th floor, and even though there’s an elevator, there are still stairs to climb after getting off, which was inconvenient when carrying heavy luggage.

The hotel was great and the location was great as well ... metro station is right outside the door step ....

Want to clarify that what is the difference between Tax charge by Trip.com and City Tax charge by hotel?

Spacious room! Holiday Inn indeed never disappoint me. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was super friendly. Baby cot was clean and comfy.

The metro is in front of the hotel. Its very convenient.

When I booked the room there was an option to have twin beds. But when I arrived at the hotel I was told it wasn't possible. The room was quite big for Paris standard, but it didn't give a nice feeling. The TV didn't work. Our room was quite noisy with the neighbor playing music after midnight and sounds of bottles being disposed.

Can be very noisy even at late night. Definitely not recommend to those who are hard to fall asleep or sensitive to sound.
