Staff was simply beyond excellent. Convenient location on a quiet street with quick access to Metro. Numerous restaurants close by. Well laid out, comfortable room. Coffee that was provided for our 3:30 AM departure was greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, we didn’t have the best experience with the hotel. One of our pillows had a big coffee stain on it, which was very obvious.  Our room was tiny, which is not a problem, but the window of our room was directed to the outside path where people were constantly walking by and could look into our room. No privacy whatsoever. The bed also not comfortable for a couple to sleep in.  Then, the SPA was renovated and closed, which was not shown on TRIP. We were told it was gonna be done by Monday. On Monday we asked and it was still not done. A shame, because that was the only reason we booked this hotel. Honestly, for the price point you can find something much better.

The reception staff was inattentive and not very friendly. The rooms were extremely small and uncomfortable.

Hotel was as beautiful as pictures describe. Pool was lovely (although a little cold) Terrace was very chilled. Shower in bathroom was amazing! Nice restaurants in walking distance for evening Would stay again 😊

Not all the staff were welcoming. Made us feel out of place a bit. Didn't spend much time at the hotel as we explored Paris till late... And checked out before 5:30 am to catch our flight. Got a call from the hotel around 9am while in the aeroplane and the caller was 'calling to make sure we didn't eat breakfast at the hotel' - I thought that was rude and uncalled for The heating was not working when we arrived in the night time and the reception said they couldn't do anything about it. There were black ants in the rooms (including bathroom) We were told the swimming pool was undergoing maintenance so was cold - couldn't use it

Great hotel experience! Hotel has a modern, clean vibe and the locations and amenities were great. The hotel from the entrance/lobby to the individual rooms and even down to the pool/sauna area, everything was clean and not outdated. Location is pretty nicely central (not bad walking distance to Eiffel Tower for example). The included pool and sauna complete the 5 star experience. Decent sized for complimentary and I had no issues at all with swimming or steaming in the sauna. Room included robe/slippers as well.

I recently had a fantastic stay at Jardines de Mademoiselle Hôtel and SPA in Paris. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, providing a serene and comfortable atmosphere. Overall, Jardines de Mademoiselle Hôtel and SPA exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it for a luxurious and memorable stay in the City of Lights.

I stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days during my trip to Paris. Unusually for a European-style hotel in this price range, they had amenities that are very helpful for Asians, such as slippers and bathrobes. The facilities were also very clean and easy to use.
