Some very good elements and some not so good. What was good. - nice functional room, very good breakfast, lovely reception staff, great access to metro (it takes about 20 mins to get to central Paris, nice bars and restaurant around the area (especially near the canal) The not so good. WiFi rarely worked, we were on the 5th floor and the room was very hot, there was air con but they were unwilling to turn on as a result windows were left open and we provided a feast for the local mozzies! I understand that AC is expensive but if you don’t want guest to use it don’t advertise it .

The worst hotel I ever experienced. Stay away if you do not want to lose your money. They charged me, then they cancelled the reservation, and I can’t get my money back. The hotel doesn’t reply to me, they don’t read my emails. So if you want to keep your nerves, choose another place to stay in Paris.

We wanted to thank you for an amazing stay overnight. Due to unforeseen circumstances related to the Eurostar strike we were forced to find a stay and we are delighted that we’ve been recommended your hotel. We’d love to send special thanks to a receptionist who was checking us in. She did an amazing work cheering us up and reassuring that everything will be fine. Her beautiful positive energy helped us to shift the mood and relax a bit. We wanted to share an update about us being able to get free ticket and we are on the train to London just now. One more time we wanted tot thank you for having us as guests and for doing an amazing work as a hotel. We will be definitely coming back ❤️

fantastic hotel with wonderful helpful and English speaking staff , room was really well cleaned and as pictured on there website , nicely situated in Paris with metro station outside to get you anywhere in Paris with ease , we had a good meal in the beautiful restaurant with our waitress speaking wonderful English helping us and advising us , she made us feel very special , breakfast every morning was fab with a nice amount of help your self items , all in a wonderful setting of the hotel . note to travelers ! learn about metro before you go ( plenty of vids on youtube ) many thanks to the staff for making our 25th wedding anniversary short break really special , wonderful memories to keep .

How can a hotel in Paris have such an awful breakfast?! So many bakeries and fruit shops around … and they serve sliced boring bread and chopped apples going brown from the day before!!! In summer, it was just unacceptable to have such an awful fruit option!!! The actual rooms were lovely, quiet and the air conditioning was very effective! So nice to be cool (we also stayed in the Mercure a few doors up). The staff were excellent and so helpful … I hope someone can fix the breakfast!

We booked the classic or basic room with a queen bed. The Hotel.com info was not accurate. We expected to at least have a kettle and maybe a fridge or mini bar, but were told we would have to upgrade the room for that. When we declined to do that they did give us a small kettle and cups which was great. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable but coming from a very hot Germany we REALLY appreciated the well functioning AC--unusual in most European hotels. We spent too much time on the metro and would probably stay in the core next time, especially for the Bastille Day weekend. We were on the first floor and could hear/feel the metro but it was not a big deal. The bar also gave us ice when we requested which was highly appreciated.

Great little place off the beaten track. Friendly staff, lovely breakfast. A bit further out of town in less touristy neighbourhood. Right next to metro. There’s the fantastic concert hall and adjacent park to explore. Head to the canal where there’s some lovely bars and restaurants where the locals go. Can’t recommend enough. Great if you want to escape the tourist trap….

My second time staying here. A bit far from centre (30mins metro) but worth the price because of the room size. Great decor, such comfortable beds & pillows! The shower is not private as it is a glass shower box inside the bedroom. There is no frosted glass of any sorts. So as I was staying with a friend, one person stayed downstairs in the lobby while one showered and vice versa. but would stay again in seperate rooms.

We stayed here for 4 nights at the beginning of June. The hotel is smart, very clean and well situated with a Metro stop just outside and only 8 minutes from the Gare du Nord. Breakfasts are really good with fantastic pastries and the Superior room was clean and well air-conditioned in the early Summer heat. All the staff were so helpful particularly Nadia on reception and Carlo the General Manager who helped a lot with advice about our trip by E-Mail in advance. We came for the tennis at Roland Garros and will definitely be back next year to this hotel - even if we don’t get tennis tickets. Highly recommended.
