This is a hotel with outstanding advantages and disadvantages. The environment is very good, the lobby is very unique, there is a large Carrefour within 200m, the price is relatively affordable, super convenient. And there are many great French restaurants in Malakoff nearby! The disadvantage is that although the room is quite spacious, the bathroom is really small, which may be the characteristic of most hotels in Paris. The breakfast is generally average, and the eggs are half-cooked after being cooked. The hotel waiter is very friendly and enthusiastic. It is awkward to speak English with a French accent. After exchanging blows with my Chinese English, everyone couldn't help but smile at each other.
The location of this Mercure is so good, it's so convenient for eating out, commuting by subway, and it only takes a few minutes to walk to Galeries Lafayette. So we extended our stay in Paris for another three days, and a lady who looked like a supervisor at the front desk agreed to let us stay in the original room. The only drawback is that this hotel is too close to the road, and those who are light sleepers have to endure the traffic noise. The rooms are randomly assigned, and I didn't get the quiet room I wanted anyway.
It was right in front of the metro station, so it was very convenient to get around.
It was also nice to be able to see the top of the Eiffel Tower from the window of the room.
The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of breads. I wish there had been a few more vegetables.
The room was tidy, clean, and bright. We chose a triple room, which was spacious enough for us. The breakfast was also very abundant. The location was right next to the Gare de Lyon, just a few steps to the right after exiting. This was extremely convenient for someone like me who dawdles but needs to catch a morning train. The only downside was that the front desk staff on the day we checked in was cold and somewhat impatient throughout the entire process. When I finally said thank you to her, she didn't even look at me, which was very dismissive. I couldn't help but suspect that she might be racially prejudiced.
Great experience here. Friendly welcome even late at night, room was very comfortable and spacious. 10 minute walk from the CDG VAL stop. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was reasonably priced included in my rate.
10/10 experience would recommend.

The room is small, but the facilities are good. The service is good, and you can borrow an adapter. The surrounding environment is good, a little far from the subway but acceptable, and convenient to go anywhere. I may stay here again when I travel by myself in the future.

clean, cosy, quiet except the musical festival, convenient to any places.
Only complain is the first day when checked in, they didn't register my breakfast, and the young guy double checked with the manager, and confirmed my room fare iregister the breakfast.
the First day, staff in the restaurant checked with me for a while, then let me in. The last day,
they still checked me and let me stay there to wait the confirmation, that was the 4th day I stayed there! Unbelievable, no any coordination between the team!
The kitchen even has dishwashing liquid, and the bathroom is very large in Paris, a city where every inch of land is worth every penny. The bed and bedding are also very comfortable. It has to be the Accor Group.
If transportation is inconvenient, try to choose another option. It costs 5 euros per person to go to the airport, so we have to take a carpool, which takes nearly 20 minutes and takes a long time to get to T2. A previous guest said that the bus was free, so he probably took it because the driver didn't check the ticket. Paying the fare is also troublesome. You scan the QR code to agree on the time and number of people and then enter your credit card information and personal information. It has nothing to do with the hotel front desk.
Great hotel for families if you get the room with the bunk beds. My family of four stayed there for 2 nights very comfortably. The breakfast is decent and the location is a 10 minute walk to 2 different metro stops. Not many amenities but we were there just to sleep.
The rooms are clean but a bit on the small side. For our family of 4 we were tightly packed in the room.
Overall it was a decent hotel for Paris at a great price.

ZZHIYELocated in the 9th district of Paris, in the business district, the public order is very good. Don't worry. It is a 10-minute walk from Galeries Lafayette. There are many restaurants nearby, and there are Chinese and Western restaurants. The choice is very wide.

GGuest UserGenerally, the hotel was nice. Good facilities and easy access, 10m from the Gare du nord and Gare de East on foot. I started to think that Awesome breakfast is Mercure thing. Since I had stayed 2 Mercure and both of them offered similar, and terrific breakfast. The hotel is very cost-effective. I'd recommend to my coworkers.
心心疼小区里的流浪咪子The hotel location is very good, very close to the Paris East Station, the room is very clean, I thought it would be a little messy near the train station, but the hotel is very safe, the black lady at the front desk is very warm
LLIUThe location of the hotel is very convenient, close to 2 subway stations, travel is very easy, more suitable for business trips, in the Bastille and nearby, you can visit the old streets and new sceneries. Will consider staying here next time.
MMaiIt was very quiet at night, and the conference venue, Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, was within walking distance. The reception was also very friendly and nice. The breakfast menu was the same almost every day, and there were almost no vegetables, so it was a bit disappointing.
AAnonymous UserFantastic choice for those wanting to stay close to the Eiffel Tower—it’s just a short walk away! The location is excellent, with a supermarket nearby for convenience. The room was cozy, well-maintained, and comfortable for a relaxing stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. A great option for a convenient and comfortable stay in Paris!
