Whatever we were missing, we asked the landlady to help us, and she would meet our requirements one by one. Ask him anything at nine o'clock in the evening and he will reply promptly. Later, when I left, I forgot my hat to help us deliver the goods. Later, when I was cleaning up the room, I discovered that there was a plug for the charger, and I took the trouble to ask us again. It's really good. I will choose his home again when I go to Anji in the future.

This homestay is the one that is closest to nature that I have ever lived in. Living in such a place with my dog, I can avoid the noise and troubles of the city, and I don’t have to walk the dog every day. When I open the door, there is a bamboo forest in the mountains. The dog is also very curious and excited. The boss is very enthusiastic and hospitable, and tries his best to meet the adjus**ent needs of the guests. During this period, he also needs to use the computer for work, and the boss’s charging cable is also very powerful! Sleeping at night is to experience sleeping in the mountains, with rustling wind and gurgling streams. Fortunately, their dog is very kind and sensible, and stays outside at night, which makes me feel safe. A farmhouse a few steps away has ok dishes. If you want to eat something else, you have to drive. I personally think that this homestay is very suitable for retreat and rest. Stay in it quietly to read books, work and think about your thoughts. But if you want to see various attractions, you have to drive out. I personally take my dog ​​with me and rest aimlessly, which is quite suitable.

It's rare for me to write a review, but good hotels deserve to be discovered by more people! A very relaxing and unforgettable experience. This place is perfect for aimless wandering and enjoying the pastoral atmosphere. Eat fresh vegetables at the farm restaurant and watch the lambs. Several scenic spots make you feel like you're in Monet's garden. Listen to music and watch the sunset in the evening. Your heart will instantly find peace. Although its family-friendly facilities aren't as extensive as some big hotels (I suggest improvements! High chairs and children's amenities could be better). The people, service, and environment here feel like a warm home in the countryside. Very cozy. I stayed for four days and didn't want to leave. I'll definitely come back.

Here are the specific highlights: 1. **Rich Scenery and Culture:** (a) The scenic area features the ancient tomb of King Yue, complemented by an accompanying museum nearby. (b) The natural landscape is stunning, boasting expansive tea plantations and a picturesque lake. 2. **Diverse Free Activities:** (a) They offer horse riding vouchers, paddleboarding, and even a forest KTV. (b) In the evenings, you can enjoy setting off sparklers. (c) Unique experiences like pinecone gathering and forest sound healing are also available. 3. **Accommodation and Environment:** (a) **Pet-Friendly:** It's a very pet-friendly place; I saw many guests with their dogs. (b) **Room Facilities:** I stayed in a lake-view room. While the tent space wasn't particularly large, it was well-equipped despite its compact size. I especially loved the terrace overlooking the small lake, which offered a wonderfully tranquil atmosphere. 4. **Exceptional Service:** The service attitude was genuinely excellent, and the staff were incredibly patient. We brought our own barbecue ingredients, and borrowed many tools from the hotel; the staff helped us deliver them repeatedly. Even when we missed breakfast, they still provided freshly ground coffee when we asked at the front desk. I truly recommend this place to everyone! Overall, this is an outstanding resort that excels in all aspects.

The room design was great, and both the elderly and children loved it. They even thoughtfully provided eye masks. The room had a smart smart control system and underfloor heating. Both the indoor and outdoor views were fantastic, especially the hot spring in the bamboo forest. The service was excellent; they responded immediately to every request, even late at night – thank you so much to the young man! Initially, the guesthouse had stopped providing underfloor heating for the first few days of our stay because it was getting warmer, but on the day we arrived, it got a bit cold, and my child liked to walk on the floor without slippers. The owner kindly turned the heating back on – thank you! We had dinner at the guesthouse: chicken soup, braised bamboo shoots, and braised catfish. The auntie cooked it very well; my elders still rave about it afterward, haha. Breakfast was rather home-style, but the auntie's soft-boiled eggs were delicious, and the young man's hand-drip coffee was also very good. One small suggestion: could the guesthouse consider allowing guests to choose between regular towels and disposable towels in the future? My child only made this suggestion about the towels, haha. Also, it would be even better if there was an absorbent mat in the bathroom. Overall, it's good, pet-friendly, and I recommend it.

I am a hotel control. Unless there is a better B&B than a hotel, I will update my hotel B&B ranking list after staying at Ke Player. I chose two B&Bs for this trip to Anji. After booking, I found that they were both in the same village. Ke Player, we stayed in a tree house, which was really built against the mountain. It was a bit difficult to climb up, but the feeling of being embraced by nature was great. The aesthetics of the B&B are first-class, the details are great, and the most important service is responsive, far exceeding that of a five-star hotel. It was very late when we ordered takeout, and the housekeeper also delivered it to the tree house for us, and brought us beer and Coke. The bathing pool is also one room and one time period. We chose the night, listened to the insects, smelled the grass, and washed away the smell of a month's work. I hope Ke Player will not forget his original intention and continue to maintain a high level.

This hotel is great, Treasure Island theme, cabin style, very special; the whole villa is still under development, the concierge brother drove us to visit the whole mountain with a battery car, and patiently explained, the scenery is beautiful, if all the development is completed, it will definitely come back to see; The service here is absolutely five-star, from the front desk to the concierge to the restaurant, it feels absolutely at home. The view in the room is also very good, spacious enough, even the snacks and drinks prepared in the refrigerator are also very high-grade; breakfast is a luxury package, Chinese and Western combination, can not be finished at all. However, one person completely changed our experience — Shi Jun from the front desk team. Shi Jun demonstrated truly exceptional hospitality. Through WeChat, he patiently communicated with us, answered every question and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. He helped us when we were close to giving up on the reservation, arranged room changes, helped find a suitable place for me to work, assisted when we needed to visit the hospital, and continued to care about every detail of our family’s needs. His professionalism, kindness and genuine concern for guests represent the very best of hospitality. Shi Jun is a young man who is a true credit to Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel. Unfortunately, none of the staff members we met could speak English, and some were reluctant to use translation tools. Basic English support or greater willingness to use translation applications would greatly improve the experience for overseas visitors. 🧑🍳 Breakfast Service Professionalism Although breakfast was excellent, we noticed the chef using his phone in the breakfast area during service time. For a family resort with such great potential, maintaining professionalism in all public areas is important. 🌙 Night Reception Service At approximately 5:00 am, we needed assistance because our room key required reactivation. Unfortunately, nobody was immediately available at reception. A 24-hour guest service presence would improve the overall experience. 🚗 Arrival Experience The entrance creates the first impression. The room is beautiful, you've seen that already, but here's my genuine experience that I hope helps set your expectations. Overall, bare minimum service. There is no proper front desk reception, and I had to remind them to set up the butler group chat the day before arrival because there were no instructions. Upon arrival, the main door was locked. Someone eventually came and brought my luggage up to the room, and that was it. No friendly chats, no personal touch, no estate introduction or tour, no other instructions, just a few pre-set WeChat images. The butler is quite responsive on chat but often provides incomplete answers. Service at breakfast was cold. No one welcomes you when you walk in, and there was no proper introduction to what was available. There was only one staff member at breakfast. He eventually came over and asked which main dish I'd like. There was no mention of Western vs. Chinese options until I overheard someone else's order. Most of the time he was standing at the kitchen entrance using his phone loudly, which made it hard to get his attention. The loud phone noise made the experience quite unpleasant, as I was hoping for a relaxing, quiet breakfast. Food options are very limited for a solo traveller. I ordered ******* for every lunch and dinner. I was quite hungry in the late afternoon and looking forward to the savory snacks in the afternoon tea set. I ordered them to my room and was told the ”chef had a family emergency” and could not prepare the fries and popcorn chicken, though I later saw someone else having the complete set in the lobby. :/ I saw another review a few months back giving feedback that there was no floor mat near the hot tub area. Even though they always respond to negative reviews the same way, saying they will improve, the problem was unfortunately not fixed. You only have one floor mat at the shower area and have to remember to bring it across the room to the hot tub area, or you'll be dripping wet on a slippery floor when you exit the tub. Soundproofing is bad. There is a road right next to the room, and you can hear occasional cars passing by. During my stay, farmers were harvesting bamboo, and you could hear the loud truck engines (which sounded like excavators) and them talking loudly. Mad respect for farmers, just highlighting the downside of the location that you dont see in the nice photos. The whole experience was strange because it felt like other guests were there for photoshoot over an actual hotel stay experience. You could see beautifully dressed ladies posing at every corner of the estate. Nothing wrong with that, just not something I'm used to. The experience is not without positives. The room I stayed in 【云渌】 had an insanely beautiful view, which was what I came for. It directly faces the bamboo forest and mountains. On good days, you'll probably be able to see a nice sunset. The room was clean and had great, thoughtful amenities, including Le Labo toiletries, a small pack of laundry detergent, eye masks, earplugs, and a Dyson hairdryer, to name a few. I also loved the huge private balcony it came with. I was really looking forward to this stay, but coming from another 民宿 I absolutely enjoyed, the service here was a stark contrast. This place has so much potential if they could brush up on the professionalism of the service crew to match the aesthetic and pricetag. I sincerely wish them well and hope the service can be improved.

We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration. After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss. All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.
