GGuest UserChecked in around 10:30 pm on the 28th of the ***** year. The front desk was very welcoming and gave two breakfast coupons. The bed was very comfortable. I actually only slept for six hours and was woken up by my wife's alarm clock. Breakfast from 7 to 10 o'clock. The mutton soup and cold dishes were good. The steamed buns and fried eggs were average. I used the washing machine and dryer, made tea, and watched a Persian class on the screen. By the way, southerners coming to the north can't stand the heat of the heater. I can only open the window, otherwise it's very hot 😉 Checked out before noon. The front desk gave me a bag of souvenirs, peanuts, melon seeds and apples, which was quite interesting

GGuest UserReally beautiful hotel room. Staff very friendly. Restaurant very good. The only reason we haven’t given full points is the bed was the hardest we have ever experienced and we didn’t get a full nights sleep during our stay. We know that Chinese people like a hard bed, unfortunately us westerners prefer a bit softer. I ended up sleeping on top of the doona on the last night with dressing gown over the top. My husband slept on the sofa. On the last morning there were a lot of alarms going off and we weren’t sure if they were fire alarms. We couldn’t find a fire drill or map on exits etc. something like that on the door would be handy in English as well as Chinese. Apart from that a very good hotel.

GGuest UserGood quality business hotel. Stayed in a premium room on the 10th floor with a lot of space and a great view. Shower had low water pressure and heat. Bathroom floor had spots all over it, appearing like it hadn't been cleaned. Carpets were not vacuumed daily. As a traveller from Australia, I would have appreciated black instant coffee sachets in the room, like Nescafe. The only coffee available in the hotel was a premixed coffee/creamer/sugar powder which was not to my taste. There is a good bakery nearby that serves decent espresso coffee. The daily fruit and milk was greatly appreciated! The hotel was generally very well decorated and felt quite premium.

TTarraleahAn excellent hotel in a fantastic location! The location is outstanding, being on top of the large Wanda Plaza which has an abundance of shopping and dining options. The popular night market is right outside, and the botanic gardens and other beautiful parks are a short walk away. The room looked exactly as it did in the pictures on the app, and was very spacious with high-level facilities including smart shower and smart toilet. The smart shower in particular was great. Both the reception and housekeeping staff were friendly, very efficient, and helpful. I look forward to staying here again!

GGuest UserThis is a very good hotel in all aspects, including the service attitude of the front desk and other staff. It is a hotel worth staying in. The price-performance ratio is very high, and I can give a very high evaluation. When I checked in in the morning, the front desk lady helped me upgrade the room type for free, but it is not just because of the upgrade that the hotel itself deserves five stars in all conditions. Facilities: The sound insulation is slightly poor, and other facilities are complete. Hygiene: I stayed for many nights and they helped to change the quilt. Only once did I find a used TT packaging bag. However, the overall hygienic conditions in Baotou are very good. Environment: The room decoration is European style and not bad. Service: I am really touched that a hotel at this price has service. Let's try it. The rating can still explain some problems.

GGuest UserThis stay was perfect! From the warm and considerate staff at the front desk when checking in, to the warm and elegant room layout, every detail shows the care. The room was spotlessly clean, the facilities were complete and new, and the bedding was so comfortable that I had a good night's sleep. There are many delicious restaurants around the hotel and travel is convenient. The hotel can also help with laundry, which is great and convenient! Next time I come here, I will definitely choose this one!

JJu13The hotel is very close to the Baotou east railway station. It is easily accessible by Taxis. A lot of places to eat are nearby. It was a bit difficult with English, as our Chinese language skills aren't that great; it is good to have a (offline) working Translation App. The staff was very helpful nonetheless. The breakfast is Chinese food buffet, several choices and a very reasonable price. The room was spacious and clean. A second chair for 2 person was the only thing we were missing ;)

AAnonymous UserYou might want to bring your own disposable slippers and toiletries. Disposable bath towels and a dental kit are provided in the room. The cleanliness of the bedding, however, could be improved. The view is genuinely fantastic; we were given a first-row room directly facing the grasslands. The evening activities were also quite varied and engaging. Watching the sunset right outside our door was incredibly beautiful. Parking was convenient, and getting around was easy. Buying the performance package for Honggeer Aobao directly from the resort was very good value, and you can also book horse riding through them.

GGuest UserAbsolutely amazing reviews, nothing to say. The hotel customer service, Mr. Li who picked us up, and the rest of the hotel staff were all super nice. The hotel has private bathrooms, which are clean and well-equipped. They provided free pick-up and drop-off, took us on tours, and gave us many discounts. We had a blast. We met lovely people on the Xilamuren Grassland. I'm so happy and will definitely come back! It's much more reliable to contact a hotel than a tour group! Blue skies, white clouds, green grass, and adorable lambs! Horseback riding and archery at the Aobao meeting were so much fun.
