GGuest UserFacilities: The room was quite small, comparable to the size of a budget inn in China, and ventilation wasn't great. No toothbrushes or slippers were provided, so you need to bring your own. It's acceptable for a business trip, but otherwise, you might want to reconsider.
Environment: The hotel is right outside the Nantes train station exit, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and the restaurant was spacious, bright, and tastefully decorated.
Service: The front desk staff were very friendly and helped us check in early. Storing and retrieving luggage was also seamless.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, no significant issues.

Very quiet area and friendly staff, definitely worth a comeback.
We realised that they also have a pool on the day we left. Would have been nice to use it on these weather.

AAnonymous UserThe room is very small, especially the bathroom, where one person can barely turn around, and the bed is just average. The good thing is that the desk is not bad, which is quite friendly for people like me who are on business trips. The waiter is very enthusiastic, and the store is doing a booming business!

Aashleigh mairsVery clean large comfortable room equipped with a small kitchen and everything you need for your stay. Staff were very helpful. Pool and sauna was quiet and clean. Breakfast options were limited for the price but we still managed to eat well. The tram stop is about a 3 minute walk away, making the whole city very easily accessible. Early morning taxi to the airport cost €30, train station €12 by taxi.

Tiny, bathroom with damp ceiling, the bed… it's set up like a topper… I didn't want to look any further.
A 3 star hotel in the centre, which could be 2 and nothing happens…
Now the price is almost 4 stars…
The only thing that was good was the guy, very kind and attentive. He gave me more towels, why did the room come with 2?

GGuest UserHotel facilities are a bit old, but the price is still OK, the service staff is warm and the health is better. The sofa bed is too weak, the spring is out, a bit hard, the sofa bed can not sleep well at night. The big bed is no problem.

GGuest UserI went for an oversea training in Nante and spent 2 weeks in this hotel, I chose this hotel is mainly because of their flexibility on Trip.com and the price is within company requirement.
The location is good, around 15 mins walk to city center, and door step to Tram station. The service and cleanliness are just normal, the facilities are quite old school, especially the TV. It's a stand TV, really ”long time no see” this kind of TV in a hotel. Have wardrobe, no safe box or lockers, shower cubicle is small. However, as what we always say, you get what you paid for.
There was one day the cleaner helped me clean the room then left my window opened (wide open mode), I'm staying on level 2 (1st floor as per the lift), if someone want to climb up, will be very possible. The 2nd time room cleaning didn't have this issue, so I guess it's the first cleaner forgot to close my window. In addition, the first cleaner never re-fill the toilet roll for me, at first I thought here need to purchase toilet roll (as a budget hotel), so I bought some tissues on my own. Then 2nd time room cleaning, the cleaner left me 2 more toilet rolls... then I realized, the hotel is providing toilet rolls, just the 1st cleaner forgot it. In conclusion, the 2nd cleaner is good, the 1st cleaner is a forgetful person.
On my checkout day, there was a crazy women smashed the reception desk. this is not hotel's fault, they were calmly solving this problem. They are quite professional, just a bit unlucky.
In general, my suggestion is, for business travel here is not a good choice, better choose a more secured place to stay.
If for personal short stay, you can consider it as a budget choice.
