Dear Ruby Luxe Hotel Team,I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel in Vientiane. Your hotel truly offers exceptional value for money, and I was especially impressed by the outstanding service provided by your lobby manager, Ms. Gao. Her professionalism and kindness made a lasting impression . On the day of our arrival, our flight landed very early at 8:00 AM. We were pleasantly surprised and deeply grateful that she arranged an early check-in for us and even allowed us to enjoy breakfast at the restaurant. Such thoughtful and generous service is truly rare. During the Lao New Year, the music outside was quite loud at night. Ms. Gao repeatedly apologized for the noise, even though it was completely beyond her control. We fully understand that this is part of the festive atmosphere, and her sincerity was greatly appreciated. Additionally, when we did not have enough local currency, she kindly assisted us in exchanging money at a very reasonable rate, which made things much easier for us. On the second day, there was a citywide power outage due to a local fire. Despite the inconvenience, Ms. Gao went above and beyond—she even stood by with a flashlight in the restroom area to assist while we finished breakfast. We were still able to enjoy freshly prepared food, including noodle soup, fried rice, and salad. Given the price, this level of service was truly exceptional. The room itself was also excellent—everything was new, modern, and thoughtfully designed. I would especially like to commend the fully automatic bathroom facilities, which were a delightful touch. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay. The level of care, attention, and hospitality we received over these two days was outstanding. Thank you once again for such a memorable experience. The services and facilities here are quite competitive compared to other hotels in the same price range and area. The swimming pool in the courtyard really adds to the vacation vibe, which is lovely. The breakfast buffet also offers a good variety. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied.

Choosing the right hotel for my first trip to Vientiane was so important, and I definitely picked the right one! The Billion Hotel has an unbeatable location! It's just a 1-minute walk to the night market and 3 minutes to the Mekong River, making it super convenient for exploring food and drinks. The hotel is newly opened, incredibly clean, and features a minimalist yet sophisticated black and white decor. The rooms have excellent wet/dry separation, and the bedding is truly comfortable – I slept wonderfully. The front desk staff communicated flawlessly in Chinese, and their service was incredibly thoughtful, polite, and enthusiastic. All in all, I had a very pleasant stay!

I will surely come back and stay here. Thank you for all and best location. Night market and fruit market are superb.

Great budget solution for business travellers in Vientiane. Staff friendly and professional. Rooms are essential but good.

The room was average, and so was the service. The environment and hygiene were decent, but the efficiency was poor. They missed my scheduled airport pick-up, and I couldn't get through to them on the phone!

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the city center, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. I especially love the spacious room types; the overall layout is grand and airy, completely free from the cramped feeling of typical hotels. Staying for several days doesn't feel stifling at all; the cozy atmosphere makes it feel just as comfortable as being at home. The room is well-sectioned with a separate living room and bedroom, and it even thoughtfully includes a small kitchen. Even if I don't use it daily, it shows that the facilities are very complete and well-equipped, providing a truly excellent living experience.
