GGuest UserThis was my first time in Laos, so I chose the familiar JI Hotel chain. Their standardization is excellent, from service to cleanliness, and even the scent when you walk in is just like JI Hotels back home in China. A huge thank you to the Chinese manager, a Thai guy, and a local lady at the front desk. They recommended some great places to visit in Vientiane, helped us get medicine when we had an upset stomach, and assisted us with various other issues. They were all so patient and meticulous, and we never had to worry about being scammed. Overall, staying at JI Hotel in Vientiane felt very safe and secure! 👍 I wish all the staff good luck with their work and much peace and happiness!

LLex Fee.This is a wonderful hotel with a very convenient location in the city. The hotel is brand new, it just opened. So there's a chance to sleep on a completely new mattress and pristine, crisp linens. The hotel offers breakfast on the rooftop – it's a modest buffet, but it has everything you need (instant coffee, juices, eggs, bread, jam, sausages, hot pho bo, cold fried rice, and fruit). I especially want to highlight the staff's service. The young women and men are extremely responsive, kind, and always smiling, ready to help guests at any moment. Huge thanks to them for their hard work and dedication. You guys are truly amazing! Special thanks to the hotel owner, who offered a complimentary transfer from the hotel to the train station, and then conveniently forgot about it 😂👍🏼

GGuest UserI had a really pleasant stay overall and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for the value. The front desk staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. The woman at reception was so kind and made check-in feel easy and comfortable, which I really appreciated after traveling. The property itself is beautiful—the pool area is a standout. It’s well-designed, relaxing, and honestly one of my favorite parts of the stay. The room was also a great size, with plenty of space to feel comfortable without feeling cramped. Also it was an 8 -12 minute ride to the airport (depending on the time of day) which made it super easy to get to. There are also a lot of good food options nearby. I found myself going back to one restaurant, The White Elephant, multiple times—it had a great vibe, good music, food, and drinks. Breakfast was included at the hotel and had a mix of Asian and Western options—things like eggs, toast, fruit, and juices. It was simple but did the job. If you're someone looking for a more customizable or traditional Western breakfast (like bacon, made-to-order eggs, etc.), you might want to go out, but I found it perfectly sufficient. One morning they even had a pasta dish that was surprisingly delicious. The only area for improvement would be cleanliness. The shower door looked like it hadn’t been deep-cleaned in a while, and I noticed some staining on the mattress pad under the sheets. It didn’t ruin my stay, but it’s something that could easily be improved and would make a big difference. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here. The staff, the pool, and the location made it a great experience, and I would absolutely consider staying again.

II am CThis is a good hotel, but there is no lift in this hotel, i just notice that after i check in. My room is on the fourth floor, and I have to climb it every day up and down.. 😭 The stairs are also very high, more inclined and higher than ordinary stairs. Breakfast and service were good, and the front desk was friendly.

The room was clean and tidy with great natural light, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. All bathroom amenities were provided, hot water was stable, and the WiFi was fast. Breakfast was delicious and really hit the spot. The housekeeping staff were attentive and thoughtful. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. The environment is quiet, ensuring a comfortable and peaceful stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town. Highly recommended!

Wwave.npkOverall the hotel is okay, but the air conditioning in my room was not cool at all. I turned it on at 16°C from 6pm until 10pm and it was still not cool. I called the reception several times and they didn't answer. I had to go down and ask them to come and look. When the staff came up to look, they said they would change the room for me, which was very late and I didn't want to waste time packing my bags and moving rooms, so I didn't change rooms. However, I think that a hotel of this level should check the readiness of the room before letting customers stay. The Wi-Fi is also quite slow. Personally, I am not very impressed with the price I paid.

It's super close to the scenic area, and parking is convenient, making it easy to come and go. Overall, it's a very comfortable stay. They have an outdoor pool and a gym, which I used daily for my workout before going for a swim.
