A big corner house with 9 rooms. Spacious hall living room with TV channels. Dining set with tablewares. No stove no utensil for cooking. A fridge, microwave and water dispenser with hot, warm and cold water. Downstairs has a shared toilet too. Clean and nice. Last minute 5pm on the spot booked this unit. Instant confirmation and easy self check in instantly. Fast response from the incharge person. I booked Family room for 5pax on the first floor. 2 bedrooms with a joint toilet. Room8 spacious 1king 1single. Room9 1queen. Very comfy thick beds. TV in the room cannot be used. Old mother need to go downstairs to watch TV at the living hall. Its fine quite convenient and comfy to sit in the living. Greeting many guests coming in and out haha. Very affordable price. Nearby restaurants and attractions. Great stay! Thanks!

For the price, I think it is a reasonable option.  However objectively: 1. The air-cons don't work well - one of them was leaking.  The staff was helpful in sending contractor to fix while we were out but due to miscommunication (because we have connecting rooms) the ”fix” was made to the air-con that wasn't leaking as badly as the one we complained about.  To be fair they offered to swap rooms but we are a family of 5 and it was a hassle to repack and move so we declined.  2. The hot water was very good despite some reviews.  However the shower head in one of the rooms were such that they don't stay put so occasional splashes happened.  3. One of the rooms wasn't cleaned (we have connecting room) - the ”make my room” card wasn't available in one of the room so we hung on just 1 of the room and left the connecting door open, thinking that the cleaners would clean both.  They only cleaned 1.  I guess we could have outright told reception instead of assuming that the cleaners will clean both rooms since we left the connecting door open.  4. I paid for extra bed - but the bedsheet was dusty - they changed it (or at least vacuumed it) after the first night.  5. The beds were quite comfortable, they offered free bottled water and coffee sachets, tv worked, fridges worked, rooms were decent sized, wifi was ok - ample street parking, the lights were ok but one of the rooms had stark white lights instead of the warmer ones. Location was good, just off the highway and across the eateries in Bercham.  6. The staff were helpful and friendly.  Despite the complaints they texted me and constantly called to check if we needed towels (because one of the room weren't cleaned) and they asked twice if we wanted to change rooms (we didn't because of reason stated above).  7. Suggestion - build a small ramp to go up to the hotel from the road if possible.  It will be helpful for luggage and older folks / wheelchairs etc.  All in all, it was a decent stay.  Price was competitive but cleanliness could be better - and air-con/shower heads can be better maintained. 

What a WOW for me & families stay here. Very satisfied room like staying at our home. The conditions of the room are clean, amenities are great & complete set of kitchen ware. The bila2 mart is convenient jz at d ground floor. Very relaxing & enjoying at the maze garden. Definitely will come back to stay.

Clean friendly people. Had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. Great location and good value for money. Would definitely stay here again!

Cleanliness, super comfy room and lobby, friendly staff, single bed but still can fit 1 adult n 1 child below 11 yrs old to share together. Hotel near Aeon Mall, Stadium Indera Ipoh, Night market, pump station. Need to improve on parking lot area..Provide more on selection of variety of food for ala carte and also buffet breakfast, lunch or dinner.. The price for set and ala carte very cheap n affordable. The portion also big.. 1 plate fried rice can share with 2 person n taste was good. Recommended to stay here n will repeat in future.

Google Maps or Agoda)I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, mostly due to its excellent location near popular tourist attractions like Concubine Lane, Gerbang Malam, and Memory Lane. While the facilities were great, the breakfast buffet could use an upgrade.

We had a wonderful stay at Sunway Onsen Apartments. The check-in registration was smooth and hassle-free—the security guards were very familiar with the process and extremely helpful throughout. What We Loved: 1. Fantastic Views: We stayed in a corner lot unit that offered an amazing 180-degree view. We had direct views of the Lost World of Tambun on one side and Ipoh town on the right. 2. Comfort & Cleanliness: The apartment was overall very clean, tidy, and comfortable for our family stay. Areas for Improvement: 2. Air Conditioning: The air conditioning units took a bit longer than expected to cool down the space. 2. Bathroom Detailing: While the main areas were tidy, the bathroom floor could use a bit more thorough scrubbing to clear up minor dirt build-up. 3. Amenities & Towels: It would be great to have extra towels provided, especially for family groups. Suggestions for the Host: 1. Cleaning Tools: Adding a broom in the unit would be very helpful so guests can quickly sweep up small daily messes. 2. Trash Bins: Providing a larger trash bin (or extra plastic trash bags) would make waste disposal much easier for families staying multiple days. Overall, a lovely property with great accessibility to Tambun. We would gladly stay here again!

Worth the price you pay! Great location, just beside the highway. Everything is clean, aircond was functioning well, the room is nice. It’s just that the small fridge is not functioning and the water pressure is kinda slow. But I don’t really mind. The front desk was also nice. I will reconsider staying at this hotel again for a short staycation.

Upon arrival the 2 contact details provided don't respond and it's really annoying and disappointing. 1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply) The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional. The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint) The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet) They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower.You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!) As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing.The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment.You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper.They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead. Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel provided.Very inconsiderate!!! The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!! If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!! I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards.The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out.

Overall Rating: ★★★☆☆ The apartment's biggest advantage is its excellent location. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and shopping options within walking distance, making it very convenient for families and larger groups. The host was responsive and replied promptly when we raised issues during our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property fell well below our expectations. We encountered ants throughout the apartment—including the living room, sofa, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms—which made it difficult to enjoy our stay. Although the host provided insect spray after we reported the issue, the infestation was so widespread that spraying the entire apartment was neither practical nor a comfortable solution. Several areas were dusty, the curtains had a noticeable layer of dust, and the bedsheets and toilet rolls appeared old. We were also charged RM60 for an extra bedsheet for two nights, but the condition of the bedding did not justify the additional fee. The sofa showed signs of wear, and one of the ceiling fans was noisy during operation. For larger groups, please note that when someone showers upstairs, the downstairs bathroom cannot be used properly due to water pressure issues. We were informed that this affects every unit in the building, suggesting it is a known issue rather than an isolated incident. The facilities were also disappointing. The jacuzzi was unavailable during our stay and appeared to be non-functional, making it more decorative than usable. The host initially agreed to compensate us for the cleaning fee due to the cleanliness issues, but we did not receive any further update after that. Overall, the apartment has great potential because of its strategic location, but significant improvements in cleanliness, pest control, maintenance, and facility upkeep are needed before I could recommend it to others. Pros Excellent location with many restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. Responsive communication from the host. Cons Widespread ant infestation throughout the apartment. Dusty environment, including dusty curtains. Old bedsheets, worn furniture, and additional bedding charges that did not reflect the quality provided. Noisy ceiling fan. Water pressure issue prevents simultaneous use of upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Jacuzzi was not usable, just a decoration. Compensation for the cleaning issue was promised but never followed up.
