"Seriously exceeded expectations, what a steal for this price! The entire hotel is basically a commercial apartment building; you just pick up the keys at the front desk. The best part is the room is huge! A two-bedroom apartment for less than 200 yuan! We were shocked by the price! Honestly, it looks even better in person than in the photos. We originally booked for three nights but immediately extended our stay for another night because the room was so good. Highly recommend!"

Amenities and Bedding were just meh, internet was not working so the technician has to come over. Location is good tho.Probably will stay this residence again. Ok for the price, no tempting alternatives nearby if you want to visit the Lost World Tambun."

"Here’s a polished, warm version you can send—friendly, appreciative, and clear 🌷 (I kept your original points, just smoothed the flow and tone.) ⸻ The hotel was very pleasant and comfortable. The breakfast was nice, with a good variety of vegetables for the salad. The Singapore-style bihun goreng was so yummy! However, the rice for the nasi lemak tasted a little bit unusual. My kids really enjoyed the cereal, bihun goreng, bread with jam, and the pastries. Plus, near the hotel, there were plenty of restaurant and kiosk options around the Bulatan Sultan Azlan Shah area. At night, you can rent bicycles, buggies, and other vehicles to ride around the roundabout—it was so much fun! There was even a small train, which the kids absolutely loved. In the morning, after our wonderful breakfast, my kids and I went back to the roundabout for a brisk walk and spent some time at the playground. It was really enjoyable and a great way to start the day. I would also like to send my appreciation to Trip.com customer service. The staff responded to my issue promptly and truly tried their best to resolve it. I’m very happy and grateful for the support from Trip.com. Keep up the great service!"
