"Pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to the top 12th floor! This floor offers exclusive complimentary afternoon tea with both sweet and savory treats, accompanied by local coffee. Unfortunately, we were out all day and missed it. We also didn't get to experience the infinity pool on the 13th floor. The hotel is centrally located, connected to a large shopping mall, and you can easily walk to popular attractions in the old town like Mural Street and Concubine Lane. It was very convenient to walk back in the evening, and there are plenty of authentic local eateries nearby, offering a lively atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable, and being on a high floor, it was quiet. Service was prompt, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. If you're visiting Ipoh and want a comfortable stay while easily exploring the sights, I highly recommend this place! 🏙️☕ Great value for money 👍"

However, the air conditioning was a bit slow and not very strong. They only provide large towels, no small ones. "I really enjoyed my stay, mainly due to the fantastic location so close to Ipoh’s city center. The furniture and facilities are in pristine, new condition (opened 2026), which made for a comfortable experience. Unfortunately, there were two disappointing details: 1. The toothpaste was unusable. The cap couldn't pierce the foil seal and snapped off when we applied pressure. Both of our sets had this design flaw. 2. Trip.com shows the wrong location; it sent us to the neighboring apartment instead of this one, making it stressful to find the exact location. Everything else was great, and I would come back, but I hope these two issues are fixed soon."

Except for the temporary blackout, the master bedroom bathroom shower drainage was choke, water drained very-very slow.. Overall we enjoyed the stay with a good view from the balcony.
