What our group of friends loved most: · Private Karaoke System: The KTV setup was awesome with a massive, up-to-date song library. We found all the latest hits, classics, and Cantonese songs · Retro Arcade Games & Pool Table: The arcade cabinet had so many classic games for a serious nostalgia trip. After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable. Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us: · Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer. · Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch. Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back! This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends. We had a great stay! The location is excellent, surrounded by nature with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, making it perfect for a family trip. The hotel is also very close to Lost World of Tambun, which made it very convenient for us to visit the theme park. Overall, the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The environment was pleasant, and we had a wonderful experience. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Ipoh.

Just a few hundred meters from the hotel, there's a 'Changjiang White Coffee' shop open during the day. Across from it, there's a Chinese restaurant that's open for dinner – a perfect combination. If you don't want to venture far, these two places have you covered, and the food is delicious too.

The apartment looked nice in the photos but in reality, is quite old and shows signs of wear and tear. For example, the ironing board has holes and burnt marks on its cover and the iron can't be used because of things stuck to it. The clocks aren't working, the pillows aren't comfortable, the bedsheets are not clean (my sister's body itched when she slept on one of the beds). Moreover, the apartment is not sound-proof and thus, is quite noisy at night, as it is located very close to the theme park. We had problems getting to our floor every time we got in the lifts because the key card scanner is old and does not work well. Likewise, we found it challenging getting into the apartment because the digital lock doesn't work well.

The location of the property is excellent, and the building is well maintained. The unit is equipped with most essential amenities, including a refrigerator, washing machine, water heater, iron, and basic kitchen utensils. However, several advertised facilities were not functional during our stay, including the kitchen stove, chimney hood, living room ceiling fan, and TV. The check-in process could be clearer. I had to contact the property a day in advance to obtain the check-in instructions and pay a RM200 security deposit. The deposit was refunded a few hours after checkout without any issues. The biggest downside of this property is the ongoing construction directly in front of the building. There was constant noise from drilling and blasting, and the area was very dusty. Construction work even continued into the night, making it difficult to relax and causing me a headache. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay, it’s worth checking whether the construction has been completed before booking.

Everything was good , the stafff are friendly, the food are delectable and the suite is superb , spacious and new. Recommended to travellers and it’s only 10 minutes from Ipoh city centre 👍👍

Great place, loved the onsen and lost world being next door. View was awesome too! Only gripe I have is that food options are limited and to travel for food require grabbing or car but otherwise it’s a great place to lepak and enjoy the scenery.

The overall experience from checked in and the conversation with the support is good. Information given is sufficient too. I didn’t park at multi storey car park, end up just to pay extra parking at visitor parking and no need to round up to multi storey car park. Only aircond at living hall need to improve the cold, seem not cold even on for few hours. The rest are good. Sofa got some dirt with the dust and some biscuits. Not well clean. Definitely will recommend to friends.

The stay was good except that the location is next to the highway and we could not sleep well due to the loud traffic noise. Suggest to install noise cancellation windows for all the room. Else the stay will not be pleasant and will affect your business. For your consideration pls.
