They have 5 rooms and 7 double beds, pretty spacious for up to 14 people. Top-Notch Entertainment Facilities - A Total Surprise! This place is more than just a private pool; it's a full-blown private entertainment hub! What our group of friends loved most: · Private Karaoke System: The KTV setup was awesome with a massive, up-to-date song library. We found all the latest hits, classics, and Cantonese songs · Retro Arcade Games & Pool Table: The arcade cabinet had so many classic games for a serious nostalgia trip. After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable. Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us: · Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer. · Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch. Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back! This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends. Basically, it's a residence, so don't expect hotel-like services. It might be challenging if you're not an experienced traveler. I was a bit annoyed that they refused to change the towels on the second night 😑. There aren't enough elevators for the number of people. There are KTVs and clubs nearby, so you can hear loud bass until late at night. Also, there are a lot of families, so if you're not keen on children, be aware.

Very suitable for families staying. Only one minute walk to the theme park. It is convenient for us and there is no need to drive here and there,and save a lot of time to reach the theme park.

The location of the property is excellent, and the building is well maintained. The unit is equipped with most essential amenities, including a refrigerator, washing machine, water heater, iron, and basic kitchen utensils. However, several advertised facilities were not functional during our stay, including the kitchen stove, chimney hood, living room ceiling fan, and TV. The check-in process could be clearer. I had to contact the property a day in advance to obtain the check-in instructions and pay a RM200 security deposit. The deposit was refunded a few hours after checkout without any issues. The biggest downside of this property is the ongoing construction directly in front of the building. There was constant noise from drilling and blasting, and the area was very dusty. Construction work even continued into the night, making it difficult to relax and causing me a headache. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay, it’s worth checking whether the construction has been completed before booking.

Everything was good , the stafff are friendly, the food are delectable and the suite is superb , spacious and new. Recommended to travellers and it’s only 10 minutes from Ipoh city centre 👍👍

The room was awesome! The view so nice. Can see whole lost world of tambun from balcony. The amenities all good except cannot cook so cooking utensils is nkt provided. But pinggang, mangkuk sudu all ada. In term of amenities, all satisfied.

Upon arrival the 2 contact details provided don't respond and it's really annoying and disappointing. 1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply) The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional. The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint) The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet) They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower.You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!) As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing.The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment.You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper.They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead. Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel provided.Very inconsiderate!!! The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!! If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!! I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards.The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out.

The stay was good except that the location is next to the highway and we could not sleep well due to the loud traffic noise. Suggest to install noise cancellation windows for all the room. Else the stay will not be pleasant and will affect your business. For your consideration pls.
