What our group of friends loved most: · Private Karaoke System: The KTV setup was awesome with a massive, up-to-date song library. We found all the latest hits, classics, and Cantonese songs · Retro Arcade Games & Pool Table: The arcade cabinet had so many classic games for a serious nostalgia trip. After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable. Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us: · Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer. · Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch. Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back! This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends. Clean, new & luxe overnight stay for us at Stallionz. Love that the unit has a water filter & (payable) EV charger & free parking. Location is nice too and walkable to Fujiwara Tofu Shop. Lovely instagrammable nooks on 12 Flr and a cozy pool area. What would be nicer is a box of tissues provided! Check in was smooth as I arrived at 6pm, not sure if the same at peak hours :)

Very comfortable and cozy place perfect for family, I like the management very accommodating to assist us. I will surely book again this unit. The pool my kids enjoy so much. I like the onsen pool and sauna.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel suite. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a large king-size bed that made for a great night's sleep. It also came with simple cooking equipment, a large refrigerator, and a washing machine, which made the stay feel just like home. The ambient lighting created a cozy atmosphere, and the large bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The water pressure was decent and perfectly adequate for a comfortable shower. The self-check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with clear video instructions and prompt assistance via WhatsApp. The agent was approachable, friendly, and always replied quickly whenever I had questions. The agent even allowed me to check in 1 hour early and check out 1 hour late, which I really appreciated because I had a lot of work to do and was unable to follow the regular check-in and check-out times, and because of the room availability too. The property was easy to find, as it shares the same lobby as Wyndham Garden. The surrounding area felt safe and was conveniently located near plenty of eateries, shopping malls, and other amenities. Overall, it was an excellent stay with great facilities, outstanding service, and a convenient location. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again.

The apartment looked nice in the photos but in reality, is quite old and shows signs of wear and tear. For example, the ironing board has holes and burnt marks on its cover and the iron can't be used because of things stuck to it. The clocks aren't working, the pillows aren't comfortable, the bedsheets are not clean (my sister's body itched when she slept on one of the beds). Moreover, the apartment is not sound-proof and thus, is quite noisy at night, as it is located very close to the theme park. We had problems getting to our floor every time we got in the lifts because the key card scanner is old and does not work well. Likewise, we found it challenging getting into the apartment because the digital lock doesn't work well.

This was my second stay here, and I still love the spacious room. Everything was perfect overall. 🤩 This time, we were a little unlucky because the room suddenly had a blackout in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. The next morning, after we called the service counter, the staff came to check and found that an electrical wire had burned out. They kindly offered to let us change rooms several times, but since we were checking out soon, it was fine for us to stay. The staff also apologized sincerely during check-out. Despite this small issue, I would definitely stay here again because the location is excellent, very close to tourist attractions and the highway.👍

The location of the property is excellent, and the building is well maintained. The unit is equipped with most essential amenities, including a refrigerator, washing machine, water heater, iron, and basic kitchen utensils. However, several advertised facilities were not functional during our stay, including the kitchen stove, chimney hood, living room ceiling fan, and TV. The check-in process could be clearer. I had to contact the property a day in advance to obtain the check-in instructions and pay a RM200 security deposit. The deposit was refunded a few hours after checkout without any issues. The biggest downside of this property is the ongoing construction directly in front of the building. There was constant noise from drilling and blasting, and the area was very dusty. Construction work even continued into the night, making it difficult to relax and causing me a headache. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay, it’s worth checking whether the construction has been completed before booking.

Pros : Room was nice , located just beside the Lost Worlds , is within 5 mins walk to the Lost Worlds entrance , room has no odours 👍 Cons : Lift access card is trouble , it so hard to scan and we always have to stand inside lift , try several times for the card to be scan , and parking is located at level 3 , the lift access card says “your card had no authorise to that level” , we have to go down to G Floor and then scan card again to Level 3. And also , another side was doing construction works so there’s some noise

Upon arrival the 2 contact details provided don't respond and it's really annoying and disappointing. 1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply) The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional. The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint) The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet) They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower.You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!) As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing.The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment.You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper.They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead. Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel provided.Very inconsiderate!!! The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!! If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!! I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards.The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out.

The stay was good except that the location is next to the highway and we could not sleep well due to the loud traffic noise. Suggest to install noise cancellation windows for all the room. Else the stay will not be pleasant and will affect your business. For your consideration pls.
