Koh Chang Hotels with Parking

We are a couple who stayed in a private pool room overlooking the ocean at Nest Sense for 2 days and we wish we had stayed longer. We loved everything about this hotel. The room itself was beautiful, spacious, and very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. Netflix, YouTube, Prime all available on the TV (TV was a bit small for the room size). Our pool was very private and clean with comfy lounge chairs. Great views, friendly and accommodating staff, and great food (we especially loved the breakfast!). Location was also great: short walk to the store, multiple great restaurants, pharmacy, etc. Would 100% stay here again!

Serenity resort Amazing hotel - would highly recommend staying here. We stayed at serenity resort for 2 nights on arriving at Koh Chang from Bangkok. The location is so so idyllic and relaxing, absolutely beautiful. We also stayed on the west side of the island for a couple of nights and while it is quieter on the east side of the island (ie, there is no point in leaving the resort in the evening as there is nothing really to do on the east side after dark) this is exactly what we were after. The staff could not be more helpful and accommodating. Food and drinks at the restaurant were great and reasonably priced. Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Lovely view. As other reviews have said, if you are staying here you will likely want your own transport so you can explore. We rented a moped from the resort at a very reasonable price. If you want to rent a car make sure you have an intl driving permit (takes a few mins to obtain but must do whilst in the UK). There’s barely any traffic on this side of the island so the drive down to long beach at the south of the island felt very safe on a moped despite the hills (and would be the same in a car). The resort staff recommended us to do this and then get kayaks over to Koh ngam, which we did and was a great experience! The other option is to rent a taxi for a day (we were quoted c2500 baht for 6 hours) and they can drop you wherever you like and wait for you. Thanks again for a lovely stay at serenity resort!!

The rooms are clean and very spacious. The staff are lovely, very attentive, and friendly, and they speak politely. The transportation service is excellent; guests can inform the hotel where they wish to go, and the hotel provides travel times and shuttle services. There are also peacocks to admire.

Overall, a good hotel! It's divided into two sections, a second line and a first line. The second line has a water park, two more pools, and our room, or rather, our bungalow. The room is good, and there's parking right in front of it. The first line also has a pool with a sea view. The restaurant is good, and the staff are polite. We had a few minor issues, but the staff resolved everything quickly. A special thank you for that! 🙏

Great place for you stay, I only booked 2 nights,  ended up booking 6 nights, lovely staff, no far from market, food/ drink! Has 2 large pools & to small ones for children, all nice and clean,10/10

Breakfast was great. Hotel was right on the beach like we wanted with a calm ocean and tiny waves. The staff were very accommodating and moved us to the room near our friends like we requested. I’ll definetly stay there again.

This hotel is situated over the water with stilts, which I loved. Its unique appearance, with all its natural wood flooring and decks adds to its charm and feel of the fishing community. It’s a terrific place to stay for some great Thai Seafood! The VIP rooms are recommended as they are spacious and have a lovely outside space to relax over looking the water. They also have plenty of windows and natural lighting. These rooms are very comfortable. It has a restaurant attached to it, also over the water on stilts, which serves fantastic, fresh sea food dishes! My favorite meals was the barracuda with sweet and sour sauce and the calamari. They are good sized meals and their fresh juices are also perfect for the heat! Aoys farm bakery and cafe is also very close by. If you go to your left of the entrance to this hotel you will see the sign for her cafe and bakery. Aoy makes the most delicious cakes that are supplied to many hotels and businesses on the island! Highly recommend going to see her charming cafe and bakery! It’s a short walk and great for fantastic breakfasts and fresh juices or warm drinks, if you don’t want sea food at the resort, go there! The pool is lovely, as the water below the hotel is not clean and we did not want to swim in it. There are other beach locations for swimming. You can hire a fishing rod and do some DIY fishing, or pay for fishing half or full day trips, hire bikes, and kayaks. I was satisfied with this location and would certainly consider staying there again for a night or two!

The hotel is quiet and modern. The rooms are clean, and the service is excellent. It's a great location for relaxation with complete facilities.

Koh Chang Cliff Beach Resort I stayed in a room with a private pool. A little splurge on myself! It was so fun to have my own pool, to wake up in the morning and just jump into the water for a little cooling off. I could lay on the recliner and read to my heart’s content with no distractions, feet in the water. Morning breakfasts are fantastic and the beach view is amazing! Staff are friendly and helpful. What to know?: it’s the “Cliff Beach Resort”, which means your on a hill… which means climbing. It’SA steep walk from room to beach, but a great opportunity to get your blood flowing. Embrace it. Room for growth: the bedding smelled a bit sour. It’s wet here, so making sure things dry properly is a challenge. My greatest complaint about the room is that there was a ladder propped up against the backside of the pool wall, meaning someone could climb it right into my private room. A little sketch. The ladder is for maintenance, so I just pushed it off the wall. The pool could use a bit of chlorine as algae was present on the pool walls, but honestly, I’d rather have the non-chemical water. The biggest negative which the hotel has no control over is the nighttime noise. There’s a bar across the street which pumps loud music (starting at 10pm and going til like 4am). The hotel actually gives you earplugs when you check in. So lame. There’s two pools. One up on top of the cliff with excellent views. One down by the ocean. Overall, a pleasant stay.
