We checked in around 10:30pm on that day. Everything seemed alright except the front desk refused to upgrade the room because I made the reservation through *******, no matter if my husband is Marriott gold member, and he was one of the guest for the booking. After we settled in room, my kid ask me why the glass is cracked. It’s lucky my kid noticed the broken glass before using it. Obviously, the broken glass didn’t got replaced properly and stay there waiting for next guest. Since it was too late at night, I decided to let the service know next thing in the morning. I notify front desk for this issue, didn’t receive any apologies. We wait for about 40mins to get a replacement with a second phone call.
