I rate the room where we sleep. Absolute horrible! The whole building is garbage. From the moldy smell, to the 1m view to another building, the old style, no glass door in bathroom, super old noisy aircon. And by far the worst is the water pump on the roof, where you NEVER can sleep with that noise. Its a joke, how can you even serve this to customers. Must upgrade to a much more pricy room. Wouldn't book again, even when the location is great and the pool is ... "okay". Oh and wifi is not existing! Reception told me because of rain haha the signal is death because of the rain ... liars! Book the more pricy room with pool view, or avoid it!

Overall, my stay at the hotel was quite good. The only downside was the shower pressure was very low, and there was hardly any hot water. However, the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Pattaya!

The room is spacious, and the location is super convenient – just a few minutes to the beach and close to 21 Mall. There are plenty of dining and massage options nearby. The only downside is that the room had a bit of a smell.

Guest friendly and excellent location. Easy to get around town. Near Soi6. If you planning to come with family maybe pick another spot.

Facilities: Quite comprehensive. Cleanliness: Decent. Service: Fantastic! Staff were polite, helped with luggage, and offered luggage storage. Overall, it's great. It's also very close to Terminal 21, which offers plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options.

A nice hotel in Pattaya on a nice location. Short walk to Terminal 21 or the Boulevard on the Beach. With a Baht taxi easy to travel to multiple location along the boulevard and on the way back to the Pattaua night market. The rooms are nice and big. Mattress is a little hard but sleep well. The bathroom is okay but we would prefer a normal shower and not a shower in the bathtub. Enough free parking at the back of the hotel! Overall a place where we like to go to.

Clean and tidy, location is very convenient, 5-10 mins to Terminal 21,  3 mins to outlet!

Breakfast is excellent, beyond my expectations, many choices and fantastic service

I loved the location of the hotel because it was located near the beach and the mall, and although the facilities inside and outside were old, it was good to use. The pool was so good that I used it a lot during the stay. The staff was nice and I felt good

It's the worst accommodation. It's very dirty. If you want to see bugs, make a reservation.

Although the hotel was old-fashioned, overall was fun staying at hotel except the cleanliness which would be solved if they renovate it. Hotel restaurant is quite amazing and superb food. Staffs are lovely and friendly. Two thing that made me upset was when I saw an Indian guy spitted inside the hotel and again another troop of Indian guys made a lot of noise beside our rooms. Hotel should consider about these facts in their management.

This hotel isa surprisingly good value. Location close to Beach Road & Terminal 21.
