The Gems Mining Pool Villas Pattaya

Very beautiful villa with friendly staff. We got a jacuzzi room; the room is very spacious and the jacuzzi is huge as well. Though the villa is a bit distance from the city centre, it is convenient to get a taxi. I will definitely come back to stay here again:)

Great stay at Gems mining. Room was lovely and big, pool was cold but was actually a nice relief from the heat. Electric scooters to get around the resort was nice. Restaurant food and service was great. Breakfast was varied and staff were overall very friendly

This hotel is amazing! They are so friendly and kind. The facilities are gorgeous. Our room had a huge jacuzzi and I felt like a mermaid in a big bubble bath. You must treat yourself to a Lush bath bomb to get the full experience. We were obsessed with the food and drinks by the pool. Especially the blueberry cheese pancakes. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the location is a bit odd and I really wish they had a small shop to buy essentials like suncream, bug spray, paracetemol etc. Other than this, this place is perfect and I wish we had booked a longer stay.

Fantastic 5-star experience from start to finish. I have been to many parts of Thailand in over 20 trips; this property sits at the top of my list now. Check in was swift; warm reception and informative lady who introduced the property us. A buggy will send you to the room. Note that the property is split in half by a little road, but it was not a hassle at all. Every single staff was excellent. The Topaz Jacuzzi Room was SPECTACTULAR. 93sqm in size with a huge balcony too. The room was immaculately clean; had a free daily minibar, and a smart TV with bluetooth pairing and an insane sound system! The bed and pillows were some of the most comfortable I've had, and the jacuzzi was so big and worked fantastically (had mood lighting too). Bathroom was gorgeous as well! Room-wise, my only critique(s): 1. Shower pressure was quite weak 2. Balcony did have some mosquitoes (not many) but I also understand it's not fully management's fault Breakfast had so many choices, nice food. Amethyst Club spa, onsen, sauna were relaxing and luxurious, and the swimming pool/pool bar - highlight. 3 separate pools (stunning) that will whisk you away into your own kind of dream.

Driving using Gao to find this Hideaway Gem in Chon Buri is no problem. Plenty of parking available and there are karts that transport you most of the time. The resort is very clean and there are always staffs everywhere working, cleaning, greeting you. Security always on the petrol. You feel welcomed and safe. Checking in process is fast and smooth, the reception guided us the available amenities in details, the hotel guy who drove us to our room even give us a tour of the hotel and explain them in details. The room is huge and clean, aircon is cold, bed is comfortable. The only down side which I think need to improve is that the water for the jacuzzi is yellowish, when I and my wife soak in it for 5 minutes, we feel inch on our body and we did not use it again, the water in the bathroom temperature is unstable which is sometimes cold, warm or too hot. At night, we had dinner at Castaway cafe next by the swimming pool, cozy and well decorated, many food choices and are delicious. Having a drink or 2 to chill by the pool is great with your partner or friends. The buffet breakfast is good with quite many choices to choose from. We feel relaxed and really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended and will definitely return again if have chance.

The staff are mostly nice and friendly. We tried breakfast, tea set and in-room dining and the food are nice except the dessert in tea set. The hotel environment is relaxing and the facilities are friendly. The pool inside our room We enjoyed our stay there
