The hotel is not modern but provides full board facilities. The location with ocean view is so breath taking. Private beach is included.

Check in was seamless, staff very pleasant and helpful. Room wasn’t ready as we were super early but we did get a pool access upgrade!!
The room was perfect, pool access was great. Bath an added extra. Lunch was nice with a good view.
Downside, the fitness room was a bit rubbish, the runner didn’t work and there was no aircon.
Perfect location as everything was within 5 mins.

This is a lovely old hotel in a fantastic location but... the food, being served from a single restaurant, is almost inedible, frozen burgers and pizza, and boiled chicken pieces thrown in to a curry sauce, and no coffee shop before 10am. I had a decent spaghetti of a size that wasn't what you normally see served to a child. Too often the portions are so small you leave a table, after a 3 course meal, still feeling hungry. Small portions. Badly cooked. Of inferior produce. You might need a new chef.
The general service ranges from professional to creepy, especially the women stalking male guests, and that makes you feel uncomfortable. Some of the receptionists are better suited to work in a *******. Some of ckeaners behave like they are. Based on what I experienced. I was going to extend my stay but I decided to eat instead and explore alternative options for my stay in Pattaya.

The environment of the hotel is comfortable. Room is clean. The swimming pool is big enough. Massage is good.
5 mins walk to the convenience store. 7-10mins walk to several restaurants.
Although, the Sanctuary of Truth museum looks like nearby the hotel, but it actually takes around 20mins by car.

The view was amazing and it was a relaxing environment to stay in. The breakfast was also delicious.

Hotel locate at beach front but might not be that long beach but quite private as there are less nearby hotels.
Executive Suites room which have 2 bedrooms and the room size is really big.
The room decoration may be outdated.
Staffs are nice and friendly.
Breakfast varieties are less and same menu for 2 breakfast that I stayed.

Location is quite away from the mai attractions, however in nice and quiet district. Taxi to the center 2-3USD
Rooms are big and clean enough
Weirdly there is a limit of free drinking water (2 bottles a day)
Swimming pool is nice
Private beach, but no sun loungers
