沒想到沛縣還有這麼好的酒店 就在漢園景區裏面 四周環水環湖 風景太美了 可以觀湖 酒店設施特別新 服務特別好 早餐特別好 服務人員彬彬有禮 酒店入住滿意，前台員工都很有禮貌 接待我辦理入住的是小袁 很好很有有禮貌
總之很滿意 還會再來

幾乎從不會差評，但這個必須差評。
房間熱到30度，酒店不給開空調，連着兩個晚上熱的沒睡着，第一天騙我空調檢修，第二天客房送來個風扇，但是風扇壞的，工程部來修也沒修好，他看我房間實在太熱了不忍心估計瞞着領導偷偷給我開了半小時空調，晚上2點再次被熱醒，打電話去前台要求把空調打開，可笑的是他們的值班經理，那個官腔不要太濃，就咬死空調是壞的，因為開空調的事情前後跟他們溝通了兩個小時，最後在我的對質下沒辦法了，同意開空調了，美其名曰剛才工程部修好了，可以開了。我真不知道酒店的管理層，你們看到值班經理那張嘴臉會不會覺得好笑。金陵酒店管理者的格局未免也太小了吧。另外早餐，如果稍微想多睡一會的基本上吃不到早餐，早上9.30結束，住過所有的酒店他們家早餐是最早結束的。他們酒店的管理是他們想怎麼樣就怎麼樣，客人的想法和訴求跟他們完全沒關係，也不可能會理會。

酒店環境優美，設備先進，位置優勢突顯，邊上就是商業街。漢街。房間內也是乾淨衞生，你好小為的語言指令讓人非常輕鬆的就可享受智能生活的樂趣。入口辦理時前台的接待也是讓人非常暖心，各種温馨提示都有。退房時前台小李服務非常好，下次回沛縣還會住這裏。
