Guest UserI made a last-minute decision to go to Danxia Mountain and saw that I had booked Yunsu Hotel 8 years ago, but I hadn't called the owner to make a reservation beforehand. The owner told us to stay at Firefly Hotel instead. Back then, Firefly Hotel had just opened, and the walls and room facilities were relatively new, so it was alright. 8 years later, when I booked Firefly again, it was much older and more worn out. Water was constantly dripping from the air conditioner at the door, and the sheets seemed unwashed; they were quite itchy. The only redeeming quality was the price.

A comfy, no frills Chinese inn managed by a husband and wife team. The lady owner was informative and helped me to plan the best routes to hike as well as enjoy the Danxia Mountains. She even assisted me to purchase a discounted ticket for the Danxia night cruise. Inn's location is located near the Danxia main gate as well as eateries. Perfect Chinese hospitality. Truly a home away from home.
TIP: Non locals including foreigners who flew into Guangdong province within the last 10 days and can show their air tickets at the ticket counter can get a free 2 day visit to the Danxia Mountains. Information is accurate as at January 2026.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay on this business trip! The hotel's location is excellent, very close to my client's company and the subway station, making getting around super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a restful night's sleep. What surprised me the most was the spacious desk in the room, with ample lighting and plenty of power outlets, which was perfect for getting my work done. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and both check-in and check-out were very efficient. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip!

The hotel room is spacious, with a 1.8-meter king bed, a 1.5-meter bed, a chaise lounge, and a desk and chair – perfect for a family of three. The bathroom is also very large, and the overall cleanliness is excellent. The hotel itself is a bit older, so the furniture is a bit dated. The front desk service was quite good; we paid an extra 50 yuan for three breakfast vouchers. Breakfast was decent, much better than the noodle shop to the left of the hotel. That noodle shop charged 20 yuan for a bowl of beef brisket noodle soup, and there was hardly any brisket – they claimed brisket was expensive, but seriously, avoid that place. There's a washing machine and dryer on the first floor. I forgot to take pictures of the room, so I've added a few photos of Danxia Mountain scenery instead.

Great brand, high quality, Ramada is excellent. The location is superb, close to tourist attractions, and the parking lot is large. I was given a complimentary upgrade to a business room, which I really appreciate. The room was spacious, well-equipped, clean, and the service quality was high. The restaurant on the third floor has good dishes, and the breakfast on the second floor offers a wide variety of options.

Momo_0510Pros:
Good location. The hotel itself is very close to the train station. Besides that, the building itself has a shopping mall and there are few different types of cuisine restaurants in it.
Uniqueness and cleanliness. It's quite interesting that they have the room type of loft design. The room is spacious and the cleanliness is good.
Bar. There are quite a few types of interesting craft beers which quite nice to try out.
Cons:
Amenities in room. There are only dental kits set up inside the room. They'll only provide the other amenities when you request.
Varieties of food options in the restaurant. Too few varieties to be chose for breakfast and it's the same thing repeated. Only one option for each Chinese and Western cuisine and you choose either one.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Location & Comfortable Stay
I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The location is excellent—just 10 metres from the Fengcai Building, which made getting around incredibly convenient. The room was cozy, clean, and offered a nice city view. The bathroom was well-equipped with all the essential amenities. Check-in and checkout were both smooth and hassle-free. I also appreciated the variety of food options available nearby, along with a mini supermarket just around the corner. Overall, a great choice for travelers looking for comfort and convenience without the frills. Would definitely recommend for solo travelers or anyone visiting the area!

Guest UserFacilities: Complete facilities, including barbecue, KTV, coffee shop, mahjong room, etc. downstairs. The bedding is also very comfortable, with cotton and linen sheets, which are of high quality.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy, carefully cleaned, and bathroom supplies are complete.
Environment: At the foot of the mountain, you can overlook the beautiful scenery of Danxia Mountain. Unfortunately, it was foggy and did not see the sunrise. The overall feeling was that the winding paths lead to a quiet place. The peach blossoms were blooming in the yard, so I forgot to take pictures.
Service: The service is warm and thoughtful. I even had a roasted sweet potato when I checked in. Because there were not many guests that day, the room type was upgraded. The front desk also displays award-winning information such as excellent B&Bs and the governing units of regional B&B associations.
Overall, it is definitely a B&B worth staying in if you come to Danxia Mountain~

First things first - the hotel has a different name! We spent quite a long time trying to find the sign. It has changed to the q+ inn (there are 2 and this is the furthest one down the street). The couple that runs this inn are so nice and accommodating. Room was nice and big. Close walk to danxia mountain. Would recommend 😊

To be honest, I only came to evaluate it for a few days because I have been hesitant. The location is very good, next to Yangyuanshi Scenic Area, it takes three minutes to walk to Qiaotou. The facilities can't be said to be good or bad, it is the normal level of the scenic homestay, and the accommodation in the house has been changed, and the requirements cannot be too high. So why hesitate? Because something happened. From my perspective, it is very uncomfortable, but I can't see it from his perspective, so I can try to objectively describe the passing of things from my perspective. It's not big, it's a mobile phone charger. I have two chargers, one charging at the table and one at the bedside. Check out, pack, get in the car, drive home, more than three hours, I found a charger missing at home. I think it can be where I lost it, and the budget is pushed back. There is no box in the car; I haven't stopped the car on the road; it's 50 meters from the hotel to the car. If you lose something, it is impossible to lose a charger. So I called the proprietress and politely asked her if she saw such a thing when she cleaned up the room. The proprietress first asked me which room I was in. I reported my phone and name and told her which room I lived on the second floor (sorry I don't remember the specific room number), but after she checked it, she must think I lived on the third floor and didn't see my charger. I'm really embarrassed. I really live on the second floor. Why do I think I live on the third floor after three hours? Then she gave a cleaning phone and asked me to ask. I called and asked again, and replied that I didn't see anything on the third floor. I repeatedly emphasized that I lived on the second floor, but it was useless.
