I went here for a business trip due to work reasons. I found this homestay on Trip.com . I saw that the evaluation was very good. I placed an order directly. The butler service was very good. I helped us carry our luggage and introduced local tourism characteristics and surrounding dining and food. The first time I came here to soak in the hot springs, the experience was great.

I booked a suite room and arrived late in the evening due to traffic. The check-in was smooth and we settled down quickly and found that both TV sets were not properly functional. Quickly they reacted to send a tech and then decided to switch a room for us after the tech failed to fix the problem (eventually I found a solution to fix it and it is actually because of the telecom but not their TV properties). 第三次入住這家酒店了，第一次2013年過來還不叫南嶺酒店，好像是龍華山温泉酒店。設施確實比較舊了，但與十幾年前相比看得出來重新裝修過。洗手間馬桶浴缸很新的，陽台的雙人泡湯浴缸以前也沒有。餐廳晚餐食材新鮮味道OK。附近梅關古道春節期間紅梅正當盛放，遍山梅香。也有白梅、綠梅、珍珠梅、宮粉梅、臘梅。12月初應是賞臘梅最佳時節。美中不足酒店還在裝修，另外浴室衞生不夠細緻，下水道口明顯有頭髮沒收拾。早上七點半退房，提前聯繫想要一份拎着走早餐，答覆早餐8點才能供應…
