QQizi1022Munich Magnificent left people speechless. I booked 2 rooms for 2 days on Ctrip for 9.3-9.5. The order clearly included breakfast. When I checked in, there was a girl with dark skin who looked like an Indian at the front desk. She told me that breakfast was not included. I showed my Ctrip order, so she called and asked me to send her the Ctrip confirmation email. After some operations, she told me I can do it. The whole process takes a long time. When I checked out on the 5th, it was the same girl who showed me the breakfast bill in Figure 1, totaling 558 euros. I said that the order included breakfast, so she said that there was a mistake in the breakfast fee for September 5th and she would not charge it. However, the printing time of the breakfast order for the 4th is 11:01, and including lunch, the charge is 332 euros. We pointed out that our order time in the morning was 9:40. Even if breakfast ends at 11 o'clock, using this as an excuse to charge me a lunch fee does not comply with the standards of most hotels. We insisted on asking her to communicate with the hall manager. She said it would take 20 minutes for the hall manager to come over, so we insisted on waiting. At this time, a German girl next to the girl, who was also the front desk, said to her: Cancel this order. German girls speak German. My friend has lived in Germany for 30 years and understands her well. Then the order was cancelled. The whole incident is very illogical. Such a luxurious hotel and such service are so disappointing! !

JJielincozy hotel with a young vibe. generally clean where it needs to be, more amenities than you would expect. adore the bay window. a short walk from ostbanhopf. the highlight for me was the staff and service - many of the staff I approached were super sincere and friendly. :)

SsiccillaiEnvironment: It takes 9-10 minutes to walk from the train station. There are no supermarkets around the hotel, and restaurants are also a bit far away. The surrounding area is deserted, but it is very close to the subway station, so traveling is quite convenient.
Facilities: The room is not large, relatively dark, and the bathroom is also very small. Overall it doesn't meet the 4-star standard. The only good thing is the 24-hour drink machine.

SSvftxpThe room was pretty small for 3 people, we only stayed for one night so it was an enough space for one night. Service was great throughout although we had to check out on 10:30AM max - I wish it could have been later. Location is excellent - next to train station, expect train noises but mostly we slept through the noises. No air conditioning but the window can be opened for a breeze of air. You get what you pay with the price which is a good deal!

GGuest Userエレベーターがないので車イスの方や大荷物の方にはオススメしません。しかしそれ以外の方にはオススメです。
トイレは共用でしたが、ちゃんと掃除されていて不快感はありませんでした。もちろん室内も清潔です。
シャワーは共用と室内のどちらもあります。室内にはシャンプー等はありません。室内シャワーは入口下部のボタンを押さないと排水されないので注意してください。
中心部までは30~40分、空港までは1時間かかりますが、Sバーンで乗り換えなしで行けるので楽です。しかし鉄道の運休はドイツあるあるなので、予約前に運休の予定がないか確認した方が良いかもしれません(それでも急遽運休になるかもしれませんが)。

JJylsLifeStorySuch a beautiful place, so clean, easy check in, friendly staff. There's no kettle or coffee maker or refrigerator or water bottles or vending machines. No one informed me that the lift doesn't work at night or that I would need to exit/enter through a door with a key at the bottom of the stairwell instead of through the reception area. Seems like a fire hazard, and if you're handicapped, you're trapped.
