Pet Friendly Hotels in Miami Beach

From the disappointment on the first day to the surprise on the second day, this trip is very, very satisfying. Because the room I was given on the first night was very noisy, I didn’t sleep well one night, and I wanted to change the room the next day. Because I can’t communicate well in English, I tried to contact Ctrip’s customer service to discuss changing the room with the hotel, and the hotel quickly responded. The problem of changing rooms was solved, and the changed rooms satisfied us very much. Thank you Ctrip and Kimpton Hotel Palomar South Bay for giving us a very pleasant stay experience.

Superb facilities and location. Rooms exceptional and housekeeping staff great! A workforce (and teams) of two halves - some friendly and helpful, others rude and dismissive of guests - equally felt as if some staff were working harder than others and a lot of ‘standing around’ by the work shy crew members pretending to be busy doing very little. Could be an amazing experience if service (and staff training) was consistent.

The area is quite large, about 40 square meters, and the window unit is a bit noisy. It is not far from the beach and the business district, and can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.

Very close to the exhibition hall, nothing except this. The whole room was damp and smelly, and the quilt was a blanket. If it weren't for the lack of anything else during the exhibition, I would definitely not live here. The advantage is that there is a kitchen for making breakfast by yourself.

This hotel was a great stay. Staff was helpful and friendly upon arrival and departure. There are some issues with the door key cards. We had to get them reprogrammed several times to get in the room, but it was just a technical difficulty of the key -- if it touches any magnet, such as phone or credit cards, it would lose he ability to unlock the door. The rooms were fairly clean and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this stay for solo or couple travelers with it's ambiance. There is a Mexican bar at entrance and taco restaurant next door (Abuela's) that as a guest you get 15% off. Also free happy hour cocktails 5-6pm. Great vibes, would definitely stay again if I travel to Miami Beach!

Hotel is dated, old and dirty. Pool was not clean and hot tub blocked off and broken. Elevators are confusing and wait times can be 5+ minutes. Beautiful views from ocean rooms. Please renovate this great location.

El departamento era muy cómodo, es chico pero practico. Una cocina amplia y esta bastante equipado para unos días. Tiene salida a la playa y te dan toallas, sillas y sombrillas para eso. La ubicación esta muy buena sobre todo si tenes auto. Tiene estacionamiento gratuito con valet.
