KKseniia A.A good hotel, but a bit pricey. They also charge a Miami occupancy tax in addition to the room rate. Budget for this; I was charged $200 for four days.
The rooms are clean, but the furniture is old. The closet and bathroom doors were sticky and unpleasant to touch, so I kept them open. The bed is very high, the first time I've seen one so high, but it's very spacious and very comfortable. The pillowcases smelled unpleasant, like dust, which left an unpleasant odor in my hair after sleeping. The receptionists were very friendly, helpful with our luggage, and always smiling. The pool is nice and clean, but I don't think it's heated; it was a bit chilly to swim in in November. The beach is private, but the area isn't fenced off, and it's wide with white sand. Sun loungers and towels are free. There's a bar by the pool, and the hotel staff also serve drinks and food from the menu. Overall, I recommend it.

GGuest UserThe lobby is freezing cold. The staffs are friendly. The check-in wait time was about 20 minutes because there was only one front desk staff and the group before us spent too much time.
The room is decent and clean. Love the balcony and direct access to the beach. The pool is kinda small, but they have two pools.

However, when we were checking in the lady who assisted us didnāt explained well the informations. And every night thereās no front desk. JJINGQIANGAt the beach in central Miami, the beach is at the doorstep. The shape is a 50s and 60s building, and the interior is a modern style that has just been renovated. It is very comfortable to live in, and there are fewer restaurants around.

11336625****I had a great stay at Viajero Hostel. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, the rooms were clean, and the common areas were perfect for meeting people.
The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Anto, who made everything easy and made me feel really welcome.
Iād definitely recommend this hostel and would stay here again!

AAnonymous UserAt a price of more than 100 dollars, it is quite cost-effective to live in this location. You can't compare the conditions of a hotel with a price of 400 dollars.
The guy at the front desk of the hotel was very nice. He said that it was only a five-minute walk to the beach and told me the way to the supermarket, etc. He was very warm and considerate.
The only drawback was that the noise was a bit loud, haha, I hope the boss's business is prosperous and he can replace the sealed windows and the air conditioner when he has money.

CChalsey LBoulan South Beach ā Honest Review
I recently stayed at Boulan South Beach and overall had a great experience, with a few minor drawbacks.
Positives:
The location is fantasticājust one block from the beach and in a very walkable area surrounded by great restaurants and bars. The hotel itself offers solid amenities, including a small but relaxing rooftop pool with a bar. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at Orange Blossom, the on-site restaurant. The food was excellent, and Iād highly recommend checking it out even if youāre not staying at the hotel.
The rooms are well-appointed, apartment-style suites that feel spacious and thoughtfully designed. I also appreciated how quiet the rooms wereāperfect for getting a good nightās sleep after a day out.
Negatives:
That said, I was disappointed by the bed. The listing advertised a pillow-top mattress, but the bed was far from comfortable and fell short of our expectations. Also, for a room that otherwise felt luxurious, the lack of bathrobes was a small detail that wouldāve really rounded out a luxurious experience.
Additionally, while the room was clean, some of the design choices were lovely but werenāt the most practical for a hotel setting. The cloth-upholstered bed frame, while stylish, showed some stainingāfabric furniture can be hard to keep looking fresh in a high-turnover āfunā environment. Similarly, the jute rug added visual texture but proves to be difficult to clean and showed signs of wear.
Final Thoughts:
Boulan South Beach is a solid choice if youāre looking for a stylish, well-located hotel in South Beach with great amenities and a quieter, more refined atmosphere. Just be aware of a few comfort and design trade-offs.Ā It really is too bad, because Boulan is excellent on so many things and I would 100% go back and definitely recommend this hotel to othersā¦ However, the bed quality really brought down the overall appeal. If they can improve that one aspect, this would easily be a top-tier stay in South Beach.
