My refund so far nothing! I stayed on 02/04/2022 and so far they haven't refunded the amount. Your administrative efficiency is the same as the maintenance of your facilities, that is, TERRIBLE! Once again, follow my story. I come here to record my indignation regarding my accommodation at this inn on the date of 02/04/2022 to 02/06/2022, taking the opportunity to warn people about the choice of the same. I made the reservation through Booking and we were installed in room 15, which I could notice, during the time I was there, the poor conditions of the room, namely: the door handle of the room came loose in my hand, the bedroom door did not stay closed, the curtain room fell when opening, with the pipe reaching me, TV with noise and turning off by itself, stained and dirty floor, air conditioning did not work in the refrigeration, bathroom in poor condition. On the day I arrived (04/02/2022) we had no water in the room and I was only able to take a shower at 01:50 am on the 5th, after many complaints. The group that went with me also complained about the rooms they stayed in, but I didn't go into details due to my dissatisfaction and indignation. This situation is absurd and unacceptable, since the advertising shows another reality, which I understand as false advertising, in addition to the absurd prices of food at the establishment. I don't know if it's correct, but every time I book hotels or inns through booking, it always happens that we don't get the same treatment as when booked at the hotel itself. Proof of this was that I booked a room for my son at this inn, on the same date we went, through the hotel's reservation center, and his room was much better than mine. This distrust stems from other experiences I had, such as when I went to Campos do Jordão by booking and we were also installed in a strange way and with uncomfortable treatment. I have photos and footage that show my experience and I'm willing to share if necessary. The management of the inn should better observe its internal processes, since we, the customers, support their business, and the least they owe us is respect. I felt offended and insulted by this hostel, which promised a refund that was not made until today, 02/16/2022. I hope that everyone who reads this message will evaluate if this is a good choice when going for a walk with your family. Here is my protest and indignation!

My experience was very bad. The common area is very good, but the bungalow they gave me was terrible! Very strong smell of mildew, chipped doors, leaky bathroom, tiles without grout, extremely noisy whirlpool, broken fridge… everything VERY old. Needs urgent renovation and maintenance!! The value is not fair for the service they offer, considering that in the region there are much better places with the same value. I bitterly regretted not having gone to Quinta dos Pássaros. I didn't take my daughter, but if I had, I wouldn't have let her play in the playroom… everything was very old and dirty. We went to dinner at the restaurant there more than an hour before closing time and the waiter was rushing us to close. The fondue was horrible… look, never again, see?!

The photos do not correspond to the reality that you find we rented a very old-fashioned chalet with hydromassage that was so dirty that we could not shower in it or old air conditioning did not freeze because either the compressor stopped after a few minutes of operation, or the room had a strong smell of Moffo and very old fridge, TV with 4 channels, I couldn't get into the pool because the water was very cloudy with a dirty feeling, the whole structure is in bad condition and it's not possible to present it on the internet with 5 stars or noise from the BR 040, you realize all the time because the highway is very trafficked with many trucks Asim I couldn't sleep well for sure I will never go back to this Hotel because it's not worth it or it charges

DISAPPOINTING. We stayed as a family on January 17th, believing the photos we saw on the website. A complete disappointment. Dirty pool, all cloudy. The pool bar with very few options, beer without being cold. The chalet is very old-fashioned, single beds are very bad and the TV only has 2 or 3 channels and even then the image is very bad. It saves only the restaurant, with tasty and well presented dishes. It needs urgent renovation and modernization. It is not worth what it charges and does not deliver what it proposes.

It looks beautiful in the pictures, but the reality is a little different. The hotel is old and the spaces are a little worn out… the double bed is two single beds pushed together, so there is a hole in the middle of the bed; sheet with some stains; windows don't have blackout, so light comes in all morning; room has almost no socket to charge cell phones; old bathroom has no place to properly place soap and shampoo in the shower; pool bar only had industrialized stuff, no natural juice; heated pool had a bit cloudy water, it didn't look very clean; clean towels were not available at the pools; saunas were broken; few employees to take care of everything. But the place itself is beautiful and the breakfast was good. We didn't try the afternoon tea or the restaurant.
