The cleanliness of the room needs improvement; we found dust and rubbish inside the room. It seems that the time of cleaning is not sufficient as there are only 2-hour between the check-in and check-out time. The gym is very small, not many facilities attract you to stay long in the hotel, but just its convenient location near the Grand World.

The rooms are among the newer ones in the area, and the service is great. It's very convenient to order food delivery. The breakfast area gets quite lively every morning, and they can bring coffee and fried eggs right to your table, which is a definite plus. The shuttle bus to the Grand World runs very frequently. It's also very close to the theme park and the zoo.

I had a fantastic one-night stay at Wyndham Garden Grandworld Phu Quoc. The hotel is beautifully designed, with modern amenities and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I also loved the variety of dining options and the convenient location near local attractions. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Phu Quoc!

1. Location is good as close to the water park and safari. But not many restaurant nearby. The closest is to the Grand world 2. Breakfast: quite lots of variety, but taste is just normal. No surprise 3. Room : clean and big. But no boiling jar, so cannot boil water for drinks (coffee or tea) for ourselves. Very bad for a so called 5 star hotel. 4. Facilities : good and enough. Downstairs is a shopping mall and a mini mart. The swimming pool slides are great for kids 5. Kidsclub is great for a kid. Lots of activities 6. The restaurant Atlantis : very bad for such a high price. We ordered salmon, but taste very bad as it seems to be a canned salmon. Very very bad. But it is the only restaurant in the hotel apart from the Nautius which provides dinner buffet only.

Your hotel is very beautiful and the swimming pool is very huge. We stayed at small villa and enjoyed the amazing sea view from room. The beautiful beach is just in front of the hotel which is extremely convenient. There are lots of indoor facilities such as gym, snooker, ping pong and hockey machine. We used them when there was heavy rain outside. The breakfast has lots of different choices and the tastes are very good. We love the coconut coffee and mocha coconut water! In the dining area we saw an Indian chef with black uniform checking food. My husband who is also a hotelier saying once you see the chef standing in the restaurant, the food must be promising! I would like to especially thank to the front desk staff ”Ha” and duty manager ”Katherine”. During check-in we found we had made double reservation by mistake. While we were so worried about the charge, they patiently helped us to solve the problem immediately. In fact I could see all the staff greeted guests with sweet smile all the time. Again my hotelier husband said this hotel did provide very good and professional trainings to all staff. Again I appreciate your preparation of the bed for celebrating our dating anniversary. You had given me unforgettable experience, I will highly recommend my friends to stay in your hotel!

The location was further up in the north but the facilities is well maintained and abundance in space. This is what a resort should be like! Windy, spacious. Though, there could have been more beach/hotel activities. The complimentary airport pick up and safari tickets was a nice touch! We enjoyed the free shuttle around grand world, safari and Vinwonders.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Wonderful Stay at Radisson Blu Phu Quoc – Simply Perfect! From the very first moment, we were truly overwhelmed by the warmth and friendliness of the entire team. We especially want to mention Alex at the reception – she was incredibly professional, attentive, and kind. She took plenty of time to answer all our questions and made sure all our requests were taken care of. Her positive energy and excellent English really made our stay special. During our stay, we had a small issue with the room service at first – we tried ordering through the app, then the phone didn’t work, and somehow we ended up ordering twice. But again, the service was outstanding: Robert, the manager, personally took care of the situation, showed us how to use the app properly, and made sure the phone issue was fixed right away. It was handled quickly, professionally, and with a big smile – truly impressive! We celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Radisson Blu, and it honestly felt like a dream come true. The entire resort is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and everything runs so smoothly. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a huge selection, and the beach is kept very clean with plenty of comfortable sunbeds. We also really appreciated the convenient shuttle services around the property. The Radisson Blu Phu Quoc combines luxury with a warm, family-like atmosphere. You feel genuinely welcomed, valued, and cared for at every moment. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone – whether for a special occasion or just to relax and recharge. The staff were friendly and genuinely tried to help when I mentioned the loud noise from the elevator right outside my room. They kindly offered to move me, which I appreciated. However, the new room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke, likely from other guests smoking inside. It was especially noticeable in the evenings and mornings, and the bathroom smelled like an airport smoking room. I was promised another room change, but that never happened. Breakfast was good, though it became a bit repetitive after several days. The location was perfect, and the staff were polite and welcoming. Unfortunately, the experience was affected by the noise, the smoke smell, and a lack of hot water that lasted an entire evening. We were told several times that it would be fixed “in 10 minutes,” but it ended up lasting from around 5 p.m. until 11 p.m. Otherwise very nice rooms with everything you need. I just had very bad luck this time.

I love the location, easily accessible. The staffs are nice and lovely. They are very helpful. They can speak basic English, which means awesome. And they do attend to my questions, kindly and fast.

Excellent hotel! Clean, new, cozy, and most importantly, quiet. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, helping us with any questions we had. I recommend it 👍 The hotel is located on the opposite side of the main gondola canal, in the heart of the Grand World district. The canal is a 50-meter walk away, but it's quiet and free of crowds of tourists. There's a great and inexpensive cafe called ”Sun” nearby, and you can order food from the hotel; it's a 10-meter walk. P.S. Apple Maps and Grab have very poor detail in the Grand World district and don't find this hotel. If you're coming from the airport, search for the hotel on Google Maps and show the address to the driver.
