Hotels in Surin Beach, Phuket

This time during the Chinese New Year, I saw direct flights and decisively chose Phuket. Since I only booked two nights, the hotel did not provide airport transfers. According to the guide, it seemed that three nights would be available. Waiting for the bus on the road, the traffic jam somewhat affected my mood, but when I arrived at the hotel, I saw the front desk staff welcoming me with smiles on their faces, and the bad mood was swept away. Aman's service decision was the ceiling. When I arrived in the room, I was very moved when I saw the layout of the room (I informed Ctrip in advance that it was an anniversary and I hoped to get the layout). Everywhere you go in the hotel, there will be staff greeting you with a smile, and they will find out any of your needs in a timely manner. There are no service staff who can speak Chinese in the hotel. It is a bit laborious to order in English, but it does not affect communication at all. The hotel has its own beach with very fine sand. We borrowed the hotel's snorkeling tools and boats to have fun. When you are tired, you can read and relax on the beach. There is also a special kidsclub for children. Just put your children there (over four years old), and the staff inside will be very patient and play with them. It is really a standard holiday feature.

The hotel is very near to Surin beach with cristal clear sea.Breakfast is not bad,but not wonderful.Last day,because our flight is at late night time,they provide late check out and they provide a room just have shower and change clothes.Staff is polite.

My wife and I loved this resort. The service was amazing, everyone was so friendly and everything was done with a lot of thought. We arrived at the resort at 12am in the night and they had prepared some complimentary food for us because the restaurant closes at 11pm. The location is just amazing for a resort, they have their own private beach. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had, they got both the buffet option and also an a la carte buffet menu. I normally hate hotel breakfasts but this one was just too good. We had dinner at their Beach Restaurant and it was amongst some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had. To top it off there is a really smart and friendly cat that roams the hill side. We loved her so much, we’ll definitely have to come back to see her.

Our 2-night stay at Mida Grande was average. We had booked a room with a Jacuzzi but it had some green algae at the bottom so we didn’t use it. The bed cover was not clean and had some stains so we asked housekeeping to come around to change it. Since it rained a lot on the first day, we ordered room service and the food was just so-so and it took a while for green curry and pineapple fried rice to come but the person was nice. The room felt like a serviced apartment, the bed was comfortable and it was a quiet room. The hotel doesn’t seem to have many guests and those we saw were mostly Russian families. Breakfast was okay with enough selection including an egg station. There is a Starbucks at the lobby. Location is not ideal but fine if you have a rental scooter. Also, the layout of the hotel was strange and you need to walk along paths and lots of stairs to get to other buildings for the gym, restaurant, etc.

The room assigned was 622 and had several faults. The shower was cold water only, the sink had no plug (I wear contacts and need a plug incase drop lens), the patio doors had no locks, the safe was big enough to hold a passport, no laptop or any tech of any size. And the aircon air flow directors not working at all. A complaint to the hotel and to TRIP.COM (make sure to bypass the robot to get a real person) and another room was allocated that had 3 of the 4 short comings addressed (hot water and security being the main ones). The safe was still small, and aircon airflow still not working, but least of the issues. The aircon in the new room also would not respond to the remote always, even new batteries. Became a little annoying as it was quite hot. Rest of the stay was great, service was good, breakfast was really good and until noon, breakfast service was excellent. Breakfast includes anything from Breakfast and Thai pages of the menu attached. Some examples too, coffee, juice and fruit included. Location was nice, only slight annoyance was GRAB ride from hotel to just up the road, or next resort started at 300bht, which seemed over priced since to airport (25km away) was only 700bht.

Absolutely impressed with the hospitality team. I am not easy to please as I review hotels for the last 10 years and this hotel is great value for money. Our flight landed early and I did not expect our rooms to be ready and they were. We paid more for the room of our choice and got an upgrade which was a nice surprise. The spa is excellent that we had massages upon arrival and before leaving Phuket. Breakfast is a small but decent spread with basics of western and Thai dishes. The restaurant is seriously underrated. Our friends had lunch there and took us back for dinner and the oysters, ceviche, BBQ pork were delicious. The team speaks English and are very polite and helpful. Full disclosure: Would love the pillows to be a little more sturdy as we melted into it but they were so nice to give us another. The beach is just across the hotel but it's not connected.

I would recommend this place if you need a peaceful. This place is stay very closer the sea, Surin beach. Very good location not too far from bus stop and a lots of the shop for food, massage, etc. The staff also nice and kind. And definitely have the swimming pool have a great scenery.

excellent service and superb environment. We enjoyed a relaxing holiday in Twinpalms Villa. My son even cried when the day leaving. Will surely be back again!

I had a great stay! The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind, which made the experience even better. The room was spotless, and I really enjoyed the restaurant—delicious food and a nice atmosphere.
