Excellent value for money! The hotel is affordable, but everything was surprisingly clean and well-maintained. The room was spotless, the pool was great, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations.
The only issue was that our room door wouldn’t lock properly with the key, which should definitely be fixed. Aside from that, everything else was excellent. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, budget-friendly place with a nice pool.
We stayed at the hotel for 4 days between location changes. What a wonderful hotel!
The staff at the reception were very pleasant, as were the cleaning staff. Our room was cleaned immaculately every day, and both shower and beach towels were changed daily. They provided 2 bottles of water every day, even if the previous ones hadn't been consumed.
The room has everything you need: air conditioning, a TV, a tea set, a kettle, a refrigerator, umbrellas, a safe, an electronic clock, and an insect repellent. The bathroom is fully stocked with toiletries: shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, dental kits, cotton pads/swabs, and shower caps.
The pool isn't deep, but it's very clean (it's cleaned every morning). Around the pool, there are sun loungers, umbrellas, and plenty of trees, so you can find shade and cool off even on the hottest days. There aren't many people by the pool, so you're sure to get some relaxation!
The location is quite convenient. Just around the corner from the hotel, you'll find a 7/11, a currency exchange, and massage services. The beach is about a 10-minute walk, but be prepared for many boats in the water, ready to take you to nearby islands. However, the Thais aren't pushy, and the boats don't cause any discomfort. If you prefer, you can take a taxi to a more secluded beach where there are no boats, but you can rent kayaks and go snorkeling.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone; we will definitely be back!
A pretty good hotel in Rawai, located on a quiet street about 100 meters from the main road. Friendly staff and daily cleaning. The furniture in the room is a bit old, but in good condition. All the essentials are there: Wi-Fi, TV, fridge, AC, and a double bed. Overall, it's quite nice, with a small garden on the property featuring bamboo gazebos. Rawai Beach is nearby, but it's mainly for boats, so swimming isn't recommended. We drove to other beaches.
The owner is from Beijing and is very friendly. The room is excellent, very new, and spotless. During the off-season, booking a twin room is a fantastic deal, allowing you to comfortably sleep in a large bed. The small courtyard is also charming. The pool isn't huge, but it's more than enough for kids to play in. There's a washing machine in the gym area, plenty of hangers in the room, and even a drying rack on the balcony, which is super convenient after a day out at sea. The location is a bit tucked away, so I recommend arriving during the day. Right at the alley's entrance, you'll find a Tops convenience store and a longtail boat rental spot. It's 1.2 km from Rawai Seafood Market and 800 meters from WeCafe and a small shopping center. We were lucky enough to catch a big tide and went crabbing on the beach, seeing many crabs I'd never encountered before!
This resort is located in Rawai, and it’s a great choice if you’re looking to stay away from the chaos of Patong. We booked a room with direct pool access, and it was absolutely worth it, especially in Thailand’s warm weather.
We also really enjoyed the fresh coconut juice and mango sticky rice from the small kiosk just outside the hotel. It’s very convenient, with a convenience store nearby as well perfect for quick snacks.
The beach area has a lovely atmosphere, especially the chairs under the trees, which make for a relaxing spot to sit and enjoy the view. However, swimming isn’t ideal as the water is a bit murky. It also seemed like some drainage from nearby resorts flows directly into the sea, which was disappointing.
The best hotel iv been to honestly , i love the fact they have beach club inside, the restaurant is opened the whole day , pool , music , nice drinks , clean rooms , and it’s big , they have a lot of activities!! Iv done my muay thai class there , Yoga class , Breathing class , you can do many things , for solo travelers they have also a hostel , and big clean kitchen , I FORGOT THE GYM !!!! A big gym ! I truly enjoyed
This is a good, secluded hotel. All the guesthouses and the main building face the pool. The bed is very large, and the mattress is firm, but that's typical for Thailand. I asked for two extra pillows, and they brought them right away. Housekeeping is by request: if you hang the sign, they'll clean; if not, don't expect it. If your room isn't cleaned daily, you can ask for water at reception. The room is large, with a small kitchen area, microwave, kettle, and sink. There's also a balcony with a drying rack. Overall, it's very good for Thailand. The pool is cleaned daily, and it doesn't smell strongly of chlorine. The only downside is a limited number of sun loungers. As for the surrounding area: just around the corner to the left, there's a 7/11 open 24/7, a fruit stand, plenty of massage places, and cafes. Getting to the sea requires a motorbike, as it's a 5km walk in the heat. All in all, a good hotel.
Located in Phuket's Mueang Phuket, The Seaton House Retreat Phuket offers a great stay experience for those traveling for fun or business.
During your down time, go for a swim in the outdoor pool.
At this hotel, you'll also find facilities including a garden.
Guests arriving by car can use the property's parking lot.
Stay is an excellent choice if you’re looking for a wellness-focused getaway and plan to make full use of the facilities. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and well-designed, with excellent soundproofing. I couldn’t hear my neighbours at all, even though they had children.
The restaurant staff were excellent, especially the female restaurant manager, who was outstanding and made us feel very welcome. The servers were also attentive and friendly. The menu has a good selection, and while the portions are on the smaller side and the prices are quite high, the food itself was very flavourful.
The biggest downside for me was the location. My itinerary was very busy, and most of the places I wanted to visit were around an hour away in traffic. The daily travel became tiring, so I personally wouldn’t stay here again.
I also think there are better wellness resorts in Phuket. Although the gym is included with your stay, most of the wellness facilities, including the spa, are charged separately. If you’re specifically booking for a wellness experience, I don’t think the value is as strong as other resorts offering more inclusive wellness amenities.
The breakfast was another disappointment. Although there was a wide variety of Western and Thai dishes, I found that most lacked flavour. Finally, there were a lot of mosquitoes around the resort, and I woke up covered in bites.
Overall, the resort has comfortable rooms, excellent staff, and beautiful pools, but the location, limited included wellness offerings, disappointing breakfast, and mosquito problem mean I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
This was my second time staying at this Resotel, and I would still go back again. The room and beds are spacious and comfortable. The room is kept very clean. There are large cupboards to store your clothes. The location is fantastic, right in front of Rawai beach, restaurants within a 1 min walk. It's easy to order Grab or Bolt taxis from this venue to other places. There are parking spaces outside. There was only shower gel this time, no shampoo, no conditioner so prepare your own. Bath towels always smelled fresh and clean although occasionally some are a bit old now. They offer pool/beach towels which are also a bit old but fine for pool/beachside. The staff are helpful. The safe code wasn't working, had to request for a key to use to open it which we kept for the whole stay. Swimming pool is great! Another guest was blasting TV very loud which made for a not very peaceful balcony experience, not the hotel's fault, just inconsiderate guests. Good place to stay if you're travelling on a low budget and want a simple, clean, comfortable and convenient resting space.

I will immediately tell you about the minus for those who are looking only for them: it was very wet and because of this, the door in the sandwich was a little in the pleasure. But I hope the owners will take action after that)
I personally didn't have enough closets/dryers in the room. Because when it rains on the street, it's not possible to dry things.
The minus on this ends)
There is a small nuance: during the rain, the territory is a little bit fumes, and the overhead flows in front of the door in the bungalow. It is not a minus, just need to bear in mind.
First and huge plus: silence!!! The goal at the beginning of the holiday was slowing down and resting, and it was fulfilled)
Second: environment. I felt like in a village, and after Moscow it is the most) opposite the cheap and delicious restaurant! And right left of it 7/11.
Third: Welcome to all who work in the hotel! Smiling and always ready to help! Thank you very much ♥️
Fourth: The location was convenient for us because we were on a bike. The same distance was up to two class beaches: Nai Harn and Sangchai (it is better to go there only with aquash/coral)
Fifth: The pool!!!! The fact of his presence was very pleased to me, as it is not all 5*, and here it was still and clean almost always(if it wasn't raining)
Sixth: There was a gel for shower, shampoo, balsam and hand soap. Tweets for body and beach for two pieces. Also coats) regularly filled the water) air conditioner worked well! Wifi was fast! Clean well!
I recommend from all the soul! Thank you for making our rest so wonderful, wish you a prosperity 🤗
The hotel has just opened. The service is very attentive, the rooms are clean, and the environment is beautiful. It is what I expected. I want to take a photo and show it off to my friends. I also want to make one. This space capsule can be sold!
There was an episode in the middle. Overall it is not bad, for the number of people staying in the family, it is a good choice for friends who drive by car. It is very convenient to go out and drive anywhere. It takes only a minute to drive to the downtown area. Going up the mountain road on both sides of the various elephant camps, ATV, jungle leaps.
The environment is very good, the swimming pool is very large, many Russians on vacation have children, we also bring children, the children are playing well, it seems that they have not seen the Chinese. Not far from the nearby places to eat, roadside stalls, convenience stores are very convenient, very close to Yanui Beach, but during the day is relatively dry, to walk a mountain slope, it is recommended not to walk. Not far from Rawai Seafood Market. There is no sun in the evening and you can walk on foot.
