Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the facilities were well maintained. I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff provided excellent service and always greeted guests with a smile. I truly enjoyed my stay and hope to come back soon

The hotel itself isn't bad; it's very green and has a pool. The room had everything: robes, disposable and reusable slippers, a radio, a mosquito repellent, umbrellas, and a safe. The shower kit included not just soap and shampoo, but also a razor, comb, toothbrush and paste, a shower cap, and body lotion. We only interacted with the staff during check-in, and we were actually checked in right away. Everything about this hotel seemed good on the surface, but we didn't enjoy our stay. Because the grounds are small and heavily vegetated, the rooms were dark. Anything that fell from the trees on the property wasn't cleaned up, and the sun loungers were dirty (dusty) due to ongoing construction on site. Our room had direct pool access, which might be why it smelled of mold and dampness. There were small lizards crawling on the walls, and mosquitoes were definitely an issue. We didn't go hungry at breakfast, but most of the dishes were spicy. The sea is nearby, but swimming isn't possible as there are boats lined up along the shore. There's a 7-Eleven just around the corner, as well as a shopping mall and an entertainment center for kids nearby. I don't recommend it ☹️

I had an excellent experience here. Everything was clean, well-organized, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location was also perfect, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Overall, I’m really satisfied and would definitely recommend this place to others. A cozy, charming hotel. Most ground-floor rooms have a separate entrance, which is very convenient. The staff are friendly and always smiling. The room condition is about a 4 out of 5, a renovation wouldn't hurt. Towels were provided and changed every other day, and two bottles of water were brought daily. However, both the bedding and towels looked like they'd seen better days (not their first wash). Since the hotel is not far from Rawai Beach's first line, where there are cafes and loud music, it can be a bit noisy in the evenings. Another plus is that the hotel has its own restaurant across the street where you can have free breakfast. The food is tasty, but if you eat there constantly, you might find cheaper options elsewhere. Though, crossing a six-lane road every time isn't ideal...

The best hotel iv been to honestly , i love the fact they have beach club inside, the restaurant is opened the whole day , pool , music , nice drinks , clean rooms , and it’s big , they have a lot of activities!! Iv done my muay thai class there , Yoga class , Breathing class , you can do many things , for solo travelers they have also a hostel , and big clean kitchen , I FORGOT THE GYM !!!! A big gym ! I truly enjoyed

This resort is located in Rawai, and it’s a great choice if you’re looking to stay away from the chaos of Patong. We booked a room with direct pool access, and it was absolutely worth it, especially in Thailand’s warm weather. We also really enjoyed the fresh coconut juice and mango sticky rice from the small kiosk just outside the hotel. It’s very convenient, with a convenience store nearby as well perfect for quick snacks. The beach area has a lovely atmosphere, especially the chairs under the trees, which make for a relaxing spot to sit and enjoy the view. However, swimming isn’t ideal as the water is a bit murky. It also seemed like some drainage from nearby resorts flows directly into the sea, which was disappointing.

Location: The hotel is about a 3-minute walk from Rawai Beach. Strolling out of the alley at sunset felt wonderfully nostalgic, like going back to my grandma's house when I was a child. We barely took any taxis during our stay here. Rawai Seafood Market is also within a 30-minute walk, and there are many 7-Elevens and restaurants nearby, making the location very convenient. Service: I have to thank the front desk lady. I accidentally dropped my wallet with several hundred RMB in it when checking in the night before, and I didn't even realize it was missing until she handed it back to me the next morning. She was very friendly and answered all our questions. Environment & Hygiene: The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are spacious, perfect for Chinese guests, with a dedicated balcony for drying clothes, which is a big plus. Although the pool is small, I saw staff cleaning it daily. The only minor downsides were the low water pressure in the shower, meaning the water flow wasn't great. Also, if your room is on the second floor, you'll need to carry your luggage up and down, which can be a bit inconvenient. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we come back to Phuket.

I booked this place at very last minute and due to is rainy season in Phuket and I got at a fairy good price. The hotel is 10/10, especially the massive gym, multiple different classes available includes Muay Thai to attend at some charges. Beautiful pool to swim and sunbathe (I was so lucky to got 2 full day of beautiful weather little to no rain). And shuttle bus to Nai Harn beach is a gem because get to save on the grab fare. The in-house restaurants are very convenient if you too lazy to dine out. Only to take note even the nearest 7/11 is 15 min walk one way. And not really any restaurant nearby but you may order grab food delivery which is great. Room is clean, bed it comfy, staff & services is always top notch. I would come back to STAY if I ever back to Phuket.

This is an apartment hotel, and I really liked it. It's located on Rawai Beach, but since there's boat parking there, I wouldn't recommend swimming. However, there's a fantastic beach, Nai Harn, just a 7-minute bike ride away. There are tons of cafes, and the area is quiet compared to Patong; everything closes around 10-11 PM. Currency exchange offices close after 10 PM, so I'd advise exchanging money earlier. There are TopS stores that accept UnionPay cards without a fee for any purchase amount (unlike 7-Eleven, where you need to spend at least 200 baht, and other places require 500 baht). If you want to avoid the hustle and bustle, this is the place for you. There's also a fish market nearby. Having a kitchen in the room is super convenient, but since we only stayed two nights, there were no dishes, utensils, or pans. Now for the downsides, though I don't want to nitpick, I'll mention them for service improvement: there were no face towels, and no bar soap. To wash your hands, you have to awkwardly (and even unsafely) reach for the dispenser behind the shower glass (yes, by the way, there's a bathtub in the room). Of course, you can buy a bar of soap – it's cheap. But if you're just passing through, it's not always convenient to buy extra things, search for them, and carry them around. A microwave, frying pan, forks, knives, and small plates were also missing. If it's an apartment-style hotel, it would have been nice to at least fry some eggs for two nights. But overall, the positives definitely outweigh the negatives: the corridors are like a gallery of Buddhist-style frescoes; you admire them every time you walk by. The pool is excellent, and there are two waffle robes provided. The airport bus stop is right outside. We chatted with some other guests who have stayed here multiple times. I highly recommend it to everyone!
