I was not aware the hotel is in a hilly area - so when the GPS started guiding us through a narrow winding upwards road I thought we were in the wrong place. It added to the adventure afterwards, and we laugh about it, but I guess just looking at the Google maps I had no idea it was a bit remote. Still the place is beautiful, and we had a great breakfast. Truly delicious and abundant. The thing I did not like was that we asked for 2 beds and they are the tiniest beds I have ever been on. In other hotels in Europe the small beds are small but in this one was hard to fall asleep as I had the feeling I might fall. Still was a very nice experience. I would not stay again in the 2 beds room, but would totally go for the food, and maybe try a room with a double bed.

Hemos quedado muy satisfechos, buena comida , buen trato, bonita decoración y bonito entorno. Hemos comido 4 adultos menú y no nos han puesto ningún problema por pedir aparte para un adolescente, ya que los menús siempre son a mesa completa. Muy recomendable tanto calidad como el precio.

Un lugar ideal para descansar, desconectar con tu pareja, con buena gastronomía y buenos vinos en un entorno maravilloso . Gracias a todo el equipo del hotel y restaurante por hacernos disfrutar así Volveremos en otra ocasión con nuestra moto , Asturias es ideal para ello. Gracias

Tomamos el aperitivo en la agradable terraza y luego pasamos al comedor. Disponen de dos menús pero esta vez elegimos a la carta: croquetas, tortos y un excelente pixín (rape) recién traído de la lonja de Lastres. De postre, arroz con leche y torrija con helado. Comida en el Paraíso Natural.

Fuimos a comer a este restaurante en el precioso Palacio de Rubianes. No puedo poner ningún pero. El entorno, la decoración, la atención y amabilidad de José... Y la comida, excelente, de principio a fin. Tienen dos menús distintos y carta. Probamos el menú tradicional, compuesto de aperitivo, croquetas de jamón, torto con revuelto y cabrales, fabada, arroz con pitu y torrija de postre. Todo extraordinario. Y todo el personal, también. Sin duda, repetiremos.

Es la tercera vez que vamos al hotel y hemos visto como poco a poco van implantando mejoras para bien. La atención es inmejorable, la directora del hotel, Rocío, es fantástica, siempre pendiente de todos los detalles y muy responsable. La cocina, a cargo de Esther manzano y su hijo Chus, es espectacular, cenamos una merluza y un lomo de bonito maravillosos. Los desayunos son fantásticos, las camas comodísimas y el entorno inigualable. Mi recomendación, si algún viajero va al hotel sería no hacer demasiados planes porque se disfruta y descansa muchísimo estando en el entorno del palacio.

Lo primero destacar las facilidades ofrecidas por parte de la dirección para canjear un bono regalo de La Salgar, que por circunstancias no pudimos disfrutar en su día, por una estancia en este espectacular lugar, no solo haciendo equivalente el valor del bono si no realizando un upgrade en la habitación de motu propio, lo que fue todo un detalle ya que nos permitió disfrutar de una habitación Valle de Sorribas realmente preciosa. Lo de la cena merece capítulo aparte. Todos y cada uno de los platos que nos sirvieron fueron de un nivel superlativo y para rematar, el trato que nos brindó tanto el personal del comedor, como de recepción exquisito, haciéndonos sentir como en casa desde el minuto uno. Con ganas ya de que empiece la nueva temporada para repetir.

Hemos visitado este restaurante gracias a un bono. Lo primero decir que este hecho no ha diferenciado en nada un servicio normal. El menú fue una la selección tradicional del chef. De entrante una cresta de pitu de caleya relleno de mus de hígado del mismo pitu, brutal. Luego un torto de maiz con cabales y cebolla caramelizada y unas croquetas de ibérico geniales. Para seguir una fabada y un arroz con pitu que me resultó exquisito. De postre una torrija espectacular. Resumiendo, gran menú, las cantidades muy buenas y todo genial. Lo único es que el restaurante está un poco fuera de mano.
