進門就覺得這家酒店不錯，確實很舒服，從進門開始工作人員服務很熱情周到，送的有小零食和洗臉巾，還有免費的水果，進房間之後覺得房間千凈衞生，感受非常棒，温馨和自在，酒店設施齊全看着很大氣，格調也不錯整體配套設施也很齊全，交通很方便，值得推薦大家入住

四樓的主題公主房非常可愛，女朋友上來就一直到處看，整個走廊都特別粉嫩可愛，房間也特別好看，洗漱用品也特別高級，香皂也是小鴨子造型的，後面問了前台，房間4瓶水都是免費的，有百歲山和東方樹葉，在外邊都賣的不便宜，酒店真的在用心經營客户，而且房價也不貴，還可以延遲退房，女朋友特別喜歡，沒想到平頂山居然有這麼好看的酒店，服務還特別好，浴袍都是粉粉嫩嫩的，整個房間通風也很好，採光也好，窗簾還是自動吧，特別好，大家都可以來住！

第一次來入住這個酒店，體驗感非常之好。看見價格很便宜，沒有抱多大的期望，沒想到來了以後超出了我的預想，整個大廳是歐式風格的，非常的高級，入住前台的前台的小姐姐都是微笑服務，特別温柔，還送了有小零食和一次性洗臉巾。我看桌子上還配的有小番茄和小金桔，最主要是還有現磨咖啡。房間也特別的温馨，各種配置也特別的好，連香皂都是小鴨子的。設施也很新，很驚喜的是，我問前台小姐姐有沒有卸粧巾，小姐姐也給我找了。特別人性化。特別好，太推薦了

酒店停車場很大，停車很方便，工作人員很熱情，辦理入住速度很快，房間衞生也很乾凈，沒什麼多餘的氣味，睡覺也很舒服，退房還會贈送飲料，性價比很高的酒店！

前台送了小零食和洗臉巾，很驚喜，特別人性化，因為每次住酒店都會怕酒店的毛巾不太乾淨，所以總是自己帶洗臉巾，沒想到這個酒店居然考慮到了這個問題，居然配備的有一次性的洗臉巾，這是我完全沒想到的，這個價位，沒想到有如此好的服務，房間特別好看，很温馨，特別是房間非常的安靜，是一個獨立的大酒店，廁所也做到了乾濕分離，酒店有一個大型的停車場也不收費，真的是特別的好，下次來平頂山還會來住
