因在景區內部，路不是很好找，但衞生，服務均不錯，因定位招待所，性價比還是可以的。衹是餐飲有點小貴，和當地生活水準不符。就算為當地做貢獻吧，畢竟老區人民不客易。

酒店各方面都不錯，停車方便賓館飯菜乾凈衞生味道很好，安全可靠，服務很到位，尤其服務員態度很好，但是賓館的電視機太小破舊看個電視很費勁基本上是不能用的，電視機功能是失效的，尤其遙控器沒什麼作用，衞生間的自來水沒有壓力很小很小用水不方便，電視和自來水是很重要的，我沒見過還有這麼小的電視關鍵是還不能正常使用，這和房價差距有點大，也就是説房價太高設備太差不匹配，所以下次去西柏坡就是房價減一半我也不會去了，如實反映希望改正。

招待所在西柏坡景區裏，設施齊全，環境不錯，招待所對面不遠就是水庫！距離中央機關舊址也不遠！停車很方便！

感覺房間裏的設施跟價錢不太匹配，有點兒貴了。被子上面還是臟的，洗澡的花灑都壞了，有個女服務員還催着退房。就是停車挺好，有單獨的小院，走着去西柏坡參觀也很近。

房間住的不錯。但餐廳吃飯有待改進。告訴我們上的是當地水庫魚，但我們吃到嘴裏感到不是活魚，不是那麼新鮮。是哪裡的魚就更是不得而之了。
