Placed was clean, stayed only 1 night so it was fine. Great place if you want a place just to sleep.
Location was near pisa tower, just a few minutes walk only. Surrounding area was good to explore.
Moreover, the host was very nice and friendly.

Not so good. Shower curtain has mildew on it and the bathroom was shared. We arrived from the airport very late and gave the taxi driver the address. When he stopped outside we thought there might be a mistake as there was no sign and it didn’t look like a hotel. I checked the email which was all in Italian. It was 1am in the morning. However I saw someone else trying to enter the code for the front door and went in with them. I showed them my email and they helped us find and get into our room. The room was clean, however the bathroom was outside the room and required a key, so we assumed it was a shared situation. The shower curtain was dirty so I was reluctant to use it. There was no coffee or milk provided. If it hadn’t been for the other family we would have been stranded. Not a great feeling. I wouldn’t bother using this hotel again.

El aire acondicionado no sirve, el mosquiteros de la ventana esta roto y todos los mosquitos se entran a la habitacion, el colchon tiene mold. La habitacion huele a humedo. Lo unico Bueno es la localizacion.

On a pris possession d'un appartement non nettoyé avec de gros problèmes d'hygiène. Aucun book explicatif sur le fonctionnement ( Wifi non trouvé ). Une terrasse sympa non nettoyée avec sur une machine à laver poussiéreuse un cendrier non nettoyé. En fait, rien n'a été NETTOYÉ (je vous épargne la description de la cuisine, la salle-de-bain, l'état de la douche, des portes, des sols...). On nous parle de savon fourni ! Effectivement, il y avait un très petit savon fourni dans le porte-savon déjà sûrement utilisé par les locataires précédents ! Coussin avec tâches de graisses !!! Bref, j'arrête là, il vaut mieux.

Vicinissima alla torre di Pisa e per questo potrebbe diventare un alloggio strategico, purtroppo però la pulizia si fa attendere e la manutenzione è praticamente assente. Il bagno piccolissimo, senza nessun ripiano dove poggiare le cose, senza porta carta igienica, con una tendina per la doccia di chissà quanti anni fa e il soffione della doccia mal funzionante. Nessun buon odore e peli nelle lenzuola...

Je dirais que le seul point positif de cette chambre, c'est le fait qu'elle se trouve à 5min à pieds de la tour de Pise. Nous avions la chambre Poetry. Le bureau dans la chambre était complètement rouillé, dans la salle de bain il n'y a aucuns meubles pour poser nos affaires. Nous avons été obligé de prendre 2 chaises qui se trouvaient dans la cuisine située à côté de notre chambre. La propreté est à revoir. Cependant la literie était plutôt bonne. Le tout est un peu vieillot. Ça suffit pour une nuit, mais pas plus.

un'autentica chicca. Nonostante tutto il sistema di check in sia automatizzato, c'è sempre una persona disponibile a rispondere alle domande più disparate. la stanza poetry è confortevole con una doccia ampia. zona silenziosa a pochi passi da ospedali università e piazza dei miracoli. tornerò sicuramnete!
