Our first time to Pismo Beach! I went on ******* and took my chance on this hotel, looking at photos and reviews, I went for it! Soooo happy I did! What a beautiful hotel and even more beautiful views of the ocean. It’s literally right on the beach and next door to the pier and the big “Pismo Beach” sign. We walked to dinner at Sea Venture (Highly Recommend) and had breakfast in The Sand Castle’s patio cafe. I loved the back patio with the fire pits overlooking the beach. We had a glass of wine and just soaked up the amazing view. We will definitely be back!

The place was good if you have a partial Veiw and they let you borrow beach chairs and beach towels. The location is wonderful and their outside deck fire pit area is cute although the seating is super low. Other than that they do charge you allot, it is 25 bucks a day for parking, 50 bucks if you want to check out even an hour later, and the city Veiw rooms are not worth it in my opinion. The beds are okay, I didn’t get a back ache or anything but it also wasn’t super compfy. Their is a microwave by ice machine and fridge in room is more of a wine fridge but it keeps things pretty cool. Rooms are a little small, but okay. Our total price on ******* was 280 for 2 days (stayed weekdays) and after leaving hotel final price charged was 390. We did do a room upgrade for 50 bucks (25 a night).

It was ok. It is right on the beach, which is great. Beds are comfortable. The bathtub had a stain in it that was weird, & had to use a mat to cover it in order to shower.

So, this has been my new hotel stay when going to Pismo Beach. This place is awesome. Average size hotel with big amenities. Cafe'/Bistro and bar. With Outside lounge area with beautiful fire pits. All this, while directly overlooking the beach.

The tv did not work and it was never fixed or replaced. The bathroom was tiny and very rundown with no upgrades; paint on walls was chipping and the overall appearance was disappointing. The bar does not have hard liquor and the bar area was dirty. No pool or spa at the hotel.

Views were great. But the rooms were a little dark and the lamps in the room did not work. Luckily during the day the window lighting helped but at night it was very dark in the room. The employees were very nice
