The room and location is ok. But there was several hiccups during our stay. Firstly, laundry service not available during weekends and the fact that I had to ask at reception about it and had to request there a bag for laundry; they didn't have a printed list of prices per item where you usually mark the number of items you're sending to laundry. Eventually, all worked fine, but if they lost one of my shirts, there was no records about the number of shirts I sent to laundry.
The hotel restaurant doesn't offer much options; the day of arrival it was full, I couldn't sit but was offered to have in-room dining service; for simplicity I order a burger and it was only fair, the fries too salty.
The in-room service was fast though, I didn't wait more than 10 minutes. That was great.
The valet parking service is amateur level. My colleague had a rental car with her. The day of departure, our flight required an early check out; we needed to leave at 6am but the valet parking was not available until 7am and my colleague was not aware of it. The garage closed and nobody to open it until 7am. She was told they sent her a text message informing this; and yes she got it, but among dozens of texts and many of them being spam, she didn't pay attention. Nobody told her personally and nothing was written on the ticket.
Nobody could address the problem adequately and we had to leave to airport on uber. She eventually got help from rental car company to coordinate the pick up of the car.
