The worst service at Ritz Carlton. I really can't complain. I didn't check carefully on the first day of check-in. At 1 a.m., I was going to sleep. I went to draw the curtains. When I walked to the window, I looked up. Oh my god, there were no curtains. The CPU was a little slow at that time. I called the front desk from the room phone. I called more than 10 times but no one answered. Finally, I got through. Ten minutes later, someone came. I told him that there were no curtains. He said that I was responsible for delivering meals and I didn't care. I would help you contact the front desk. Fifteen minutes passed. I couldn't wait to go downstairs to the front desk.
