"Lovely staff on check inn room clean Comfy although very poor sleep do being woken up 5 or 6 times by a loud whining sound coming from bathroom maybe caused by piped not sure I did message property this morning but yet to hear back location also spot on and maybe I was unfortunate not to get good sleep"
"The location is perfect if you don't want to be in Plymouth itself. We needed to be near Derriford and it was really easy to get to and find.
The hotel staff were really friendly and happy.
Rooms were huge and had plenty of space. Beds and Pillows were comfy.
The wallpaper is wearing a little and was starting to peel, but nothing major.
Really good value, considering it had breakfast included, and nicer than a PI.
Breakfast had plenty of choice and all very tasty, but plates weren't warmed which meant the food got cold very quickly as it wasn't particularly hot anyway. Coffee wasn't great.
Would definitely stay again if prices were competitive."

"The best hotel in this area, bar none, but it can only be reached by car. The front desk is friendly and the restaurant service is quite satisfying.
Remember to make reservations for restaurants and swimming pools, otherwise you may not have a seat"

"In addition to the door code lock always has a problem, resulting in always afraid of being closed outside the door, the room is very good, that is, the heating is old, you need to pay attention, you have to restart it. The location is next to Hoe Park, and the famous lighthouse can be seen from the window."

Excellent
GGuest UserThe couple at the hotel are courteous to their guests. The room is neat, clean and comfortable, and the sound insulation is good. Although it is thin, it is overall very good. The oil painting has a little bit of a Greek feel to it. The dining room where breakfast is served has some unique furnishings.
With such a price for breakfast, I think it is well worth staying. Full marks
SSimonThe service was very good very polite staff we used the swimming , sauna and loved it very easy just sign in and enjoy for as long as you like. The food was superb. Will definitely be going there again and I will be spreading the word .
KKenzSuch a nice hotel so up to date. staff are so friendly and helpful. There's a lovely bar kitchen.lounge. the rooms are so nice beds comfy TV has everything definitely my new favourite hotel be going back
AAn KhEverything was great in the hotel. The room for three persons is equipped with a private bathroom and toilet. Towels, soap, kettle, dishes, tea, coffee - everything was in the room. The TV was in a convenient location for viewing from all beds. The location is very comfortable for visiting the old and modern city. The way to the sea took 5-7 minutes of slow walking. At breakfast we felt like a royal family, everything was delicious and satisfying. )) We will definitely return.
GGuest UserGreat location for town centre. Comfortable beds in a spacious room with added bonus of a bath. Every member of staff we came across was friendly and helpful. Great breakfast at only £10 if booked the night before
MMeander ChinaA grade looking hotel that is traditionally British, somewhat faded glory! The room was comfortable and warm. The staff was helpful. Located near the shopping centre with all the areas of interest within walking distance.
SSteiger_UKOverall my experience of the hotel was very good. The service, cleanliness and facilities were very good indeed. I would certainly book this hotel again and would recommend it for anyone that’s going to visit Plymouth in the future.
GGuest UserHotel location is good, walk to the port for a few minutes, have the necessary kitchen utensils, parking at the door. Two adults brought a child, the front desk said that the room was small, not suitable for three people to sleep, plus 15 pounds for a room with a sofa bed, the room is large, living very comfortable.
GGuest UserThe staff was brilliant at helping us along our way.
Seriously my only slight negative about the stay is maybe the parking a Ali less for hotel guest, not enough disabled bays for visitors and guests
