Overall hotel is very nice and vegetarian food option during lunch / dinner. For breakfast Vegetarian food option is very limited. They need to improve on that.. Hotel rooms are very nice for stay and well maintained. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful. Only problem is frequent electricity cuts that happen , and need to reinsert card to start the AC or TV which is annoying.

Excellent location, super friendly staff and clean room and they gave us a free airport transportation. Thanks to Bindiya the receptionist for being super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended place for tourists.

Stayed there for 3 days and had a really good time. The staff made us feel at home. Great staff. Customer service was great. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Good food and amenities. Will come back again.

The bed was nice and comfy, clean toilet and bathroom, however disappointed to find a live cockroach inside the room. The buffet breakfast was OK but didn't meet our expectation, the hot food- breakfast served was not even warm.

Aabas where shall I begin with a lovely place specially cleaned and tidy room with magnificent roof top where we enjoy pool and some drinks and we met staffs who were ready to help us everytime special thanks to bindiya manita sudip binita samil benu and rest and specially to the housekeeping they work really hard thumps up to all of you

I am totally unsatisfied with the manager behaviour who treat me so unorderly and uncomfortable way . I went to hotel aabas as per the refer by the staff oh that hotel sanjaya thakuri who is my friend but the manager inquiry me as in negative way . I think the manager is not allow to inquire the out guest in such way because i had paid for service wht i used .

Coming from Miami Florida, The Abbas staff was probably the most friendliest that I've expierenced. It's because of them I give this hotel 5 stars. Manita. Binita, Rajesh, Bindra, Sanjay, and Manager.

This is by far one of the best hotels I have stayed in Nepal. The hotel is great value for money. Rooms were in a Pristine condition with all the amenities. Staff were very attentive. Bindiya at the resection made sure all the requests were attended on time. Breakfast attendant Beenu went above and beyond to ensure our request were catered to. Infinity pool at the roof is slightly small but the view of lake and pokhara valley definitely compensates it. Hotel is great but the service from the staff made the stay worthwhile.
