An extremely bad experience! You can’t drive in unless you get the parking code and contact the hotel before arriving the hotel, which we complete didnt know and I have to park the car outside and want ten minutes to the reception to get the code! The reception lady’s attitude is very bad as well and not that helpful! Have a smell inside the lobby although the room is tidy! Breakfast is just normal stuff, not worth to eat there!
Don’t make a wrong reservation and have to ensure the date are correct since the hotel won’t let you change immediately after making payment and you have to book for another day and pay again even you email the hotel, which made me very angry!!
Overall speaking, a ****ing bad experience there.

Fantastic place directly next to Mont Saint Michel. We brought our bikes with us and enjoyed biking a round the area and biking directly to the Mont Saint Michel avoiding the long shuttle bus queues.
Very friendly and helpful hotel staff and good restaurant.
The only small problem we had was getting through the entry gate to the area. There was a long queue of cars and almost everyone struggled getting through. When it was our turn we realized that we needed a code. A quick call to the hotel, who provided us the code, and problem solved.

Mercure Mont Saint Michel is conveniently located 1.5 mile from the main attraction. Room was small but good enough for a one night stay. Overall the space was clean and free parking was available. The lady at the reception desk was very helpful and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel .

The parking fee is flat, but it is very annoying to get the password first. You need someone who can speak English to help you call, but the most important thing is to ask for the password on the other side... In the end, you can't get in. Someone nearby can help and ask the staff to open it. 😂 But I can tolerate the 6 mosquitoes 24 hours a day. The room is average and the breakfast is average. Remember to make a reservation for dinner first.

The room is large and the bathroom and shower are separated, but the ecological environment is so good that there are some mosquitoes. We live on the first floor, so it is very convenient to go out to eat or go to attractions. The free bus stop for attractions is just two steps from the door. It's a bit primitive to still use the key to open the door. But the overall experience is still very comfortable, recommended. But it does not count as free parking.
