MarSenses Puerto Pollensa Hotel & Spa

We've recently got back from our second stay at the Mar Senses. The hotel is ideally situated in Puerto Pollensa, you literally walk 150 yds and are on the beach. However, it's the staff that really make this hotel, from the reception you get on arrival, to the staff in the dining area, cleaners, life guard, they are all so friendly and helpful. On one of our days there, my phone screen froze solid, which wouldn't normally be an issue, but it contained our return boarding cards, the time of pick up for our return to the airport and also it was the contact no for our taxi home from Manchester. After messing about with it, trying this and that, I decided to go to reception and spoke to Carla to see if there was a suitable phone shop in Puerto Pollensa that could have a look at it, as I feared it needed a new screen. Carla did advise of a shop about 15 mins walk away, but she Googled how to force a shut down and restart of the make of my phone, just to see if that would cure the issue. Low and behold it worked, my phone shut down and restarted and was back to life again. I cannot thank Carla enough for the extra service she gave that day. If you're looking for a hotel in Puerto Pollensa, that's ideally located, with good food, cleanliness with helpful and friendly staff, look no further than the Mar Senses.

After a five year hiatus due to Covid amongst other things, we returned to the marvellous Mar Senses Hotel. Some new faces and some comforting familiar ones to make our return a welcome and memorable one. The staff here are just incredible, and this is one of the reasons why we love coming here so much. Add to that the smart comfortable rooms, excellent restaurant and delicious Mediterranean cuisine and we can’t wait to return next year.

Had another lovely stay at Mar Senses. Our 2nd visit. Hotel is kept beautifully, impeccably clean. We could easily get a bed round the pool easily which was a bit more difficult later in the year. Great location near to shops and bars and restaurants and most importantly the beach. We had a room with a bath but in all honesty we only used it twice. Room was large. Housekeeping comes every other day now but they will come every day if you ask. We wished our coffee in the room had been replenished and also some milk in the fridge would be good. I think the drinking water in the room should be filled up every day too. We had a lovely stay though and the staff are so welcoming.

A very pleasant experience overall, with well trained, efficient and friendly staff. Rooms are well maintained.

Stayed for 4 nights and had elderly parents with us, one using a wheelchair so had an adapted room which was perfect. Entire hotel is spotless and I’m very particular! Lovely spa area with complimentary cava. Extensive breakfast choices, evening meal choices were a bit more limited but still plenty of options. Food was all very fresh and dining area immaculate. What makes this hotel stand out is the staff, some of the friendliest and most helpful we have encountered and we travel a lot. Location is great very close to the square and pine walk. Our only disappointment this whole trip was the weather, 4 days of overcast skies and drizzle/rain. We would definitely return to Mar Senses again.

Spent 7 days at the hotel with 24 of my cycling mates on a cycling holiday. Just like last year at the same hotel we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff are all super friendly, helpful and professional, the food is great and plentiful and the rooms are spotlessly clean and very well maintained during your stay. There’s a relaxed atmosphere and we’re allowed to keep our bikes in our rooms which is great. We’re also really impressed with the price we paid and we were rewarded with discounts for being returning customers. The hotel is really well located in Puerto Pollenca, perfect for cyclists within east reach of the mountains, Alcudia and Cap Formentor.

Good location, excellent service; so friendly staff and good food. Only negative issue was the missing bike room; we took bikes to the room (like all others).

3rd time here and it gets better each time. Staff and service were best I've ever experienced! Will be back next year.
