Super experience at Playa del Moro. Staff are all very friendly and attentive. Hotel is beautifully kept and offers everything you need for a great holiday. Perfect location for beach and shops.

I have to give my wife credit for this holiday and hotel choice CM Playa Del Moro when we arrived the hotel entrance was spectacular on reaching reception they were very helpful and polite. We were sent to our room and told someone would bring our case s up which they did very quickly. The next surprise was the room it was excellent and very well appointed the toilet was fab too it was like a rainforest shower with separate hand wash shower aswell all soaps and shampoos were provided and the balcony we had in room 212 was massive with a table two chairs and two sunbeds this was only on this floor i think. House keeping was fantastic and was available everyday the rooms were spotless on to the restaurant it was a buffet style with some thing cooked to order and I have to say the choice was unbelievable and fantastic deserts too.

Staying at this hotel at the moment for our wedding anniversary. The staff are really friendly. Its a very relaxed hotel. The location is fantastic. Near all the shops and bars. The hotel is situated on the beach with amazing views. We are on the 9th floor with full see view. The food is lovely. The restaurant manager made us feel very special (alexandrau ) and bought us a bottle of bubbly to our table and decorated it. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Very nice holiday with excellent staff and high cleaning standards. The food was good but the drinks were a little expensive .Public areas are comfortable and clean and the evening entertainment was ok We would stay here again with no hesitation

This is a very well placed hotel right in the middle of the resort, very good for places to eat and drink and to shop. The beach is just across a small walkway and is beautiful. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return here again.

The hotel is amazing. I must say this is the best hotel I've ever stopped it. The location, the food, the staff, all 1st class. Pay the extra and have a full Seaview room. If you can't decide Pool or Sea, no problem, only 1 minute walk away. I went out of session, so resort was quiet, which suits me. The hotel had everything I need. The staff, so helpful and always had a smile on there face. The food, wow, what a choice, from breakfast to evening meal. Always plenty of choice, and still topping the food up, 10 minutes before end of service. 100% as soon as the dates are out for next year, I'll be booking into the hotel again.

Lovely hotel in wonderful location. The staff were excellent and provided great service. We were give a room on the 8th floor and the views were amazing, the beds were very comfortable and everything spotlessly clean. The hotel is in a perfect location the rear of the hotel is opposite the beach and the front entrance takes you straight into the shops and restaurants. The food is very well prepared with a good choice of salads and desserts although we did feel that the main courses were very repetitive as we were offered pork or fish 3 out of the 4 nights we were there and was disappointed there wasn’t a more variety of choice. The pool area is lovely and we did get a sun bed every day without having to get up early. I would recommend this hotel and we are already planning to have a return trip in the near future.

From the moment we arrived, very welcoming and wow the view was awesome. Had a junior suite on the 7th floor. Think all rooms have a sea view anyway. Staff super friendly from reception to the bar to the restaurant, and cleaners. Nothing is too much trouble. Fab location, easy access to shopping area or promenade along the front. Right by the beach and getting sun beds never an issue - although it was slightly before schools finished, don’t know how it would be in August. English and German speaking - mostly the latter but we met some lovely people. Beds very comfy. Food excellent (we stayed half board). Hotel in general very well kept. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and valued and the Hotel felt clean and well maintained. We were offered a welcome drink (alcohol or non alcohol),asked if we had any allergies..ie gluten free or milk and was given a menu to pre order off the list. (Im gf. But found i could eat plenty in the restaurant also). We were given our room key and pleased we was allocated floor 9 (highest floor as requested room 913) and a junior full sea view suite. It was a beautiful room with a fantastic view and thebsunrises in the morning were awesome. The pool area was busy but I could still see empty beds at 2pm and every day there was beds available with only around 6 to 8 towels placed by 7am which was pleasing. No sunbed wars here which to me is fantastic...that could be because its Half Board. The beach is right in front of you and the best part of the Cala Millor beach and right in the middle of all the restaurants and shops, so its in a brilliant location. The entertainment wasn't the best on a night but that didn't bother us as we loved to go out and about and walk or have a drink somwhere. The daily activies were mainly spoken in German,but I still managed to do the water aerobics class as just followed everyone else. I would return to this hotel as we had a lovely holiday and the staff are all wonderful and work hard for all the guests. Thank you Playa Del Morro, we had a lovely time.
