The apartment looks a bit old. One of the main uncomfortable things was the creaking floor... that was so annoying!

Perfect location in the heart of old town, much better than we expected. Two separate bedrooms and one double bed in living room. Fully equipped kitchen and own terrace. Absolutely great apartment for our group of five adults.

Booked a room for two nights on May 28th, upon check-in they asked for 200€ as a refundable security which they’re going to refund after 4 working days of check-out, but now i realized that its a fraud and they’ll do this to almost everyone, its 5 months now and I didn’t received my money back. So please don't make booking from them.

Very far walk from check-in to the apartment. The stairs were extremely difficult for bringing up luggage. Very noisy crowd late at night below room because of “pub crawl.” Map to apartment was very faint, could hardly read it.

The location was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. There was a central check-in which was not 24 hours and the room we stayed in was not consistent with the ******* description: there was a lift but no on-site parking. There were two bedrooms but one was also the kitchen. There was more than ample storage.
The hob and TV were broken in the room although that did not affect us. It was clean but some features are getting old and the bedroom carpet in particular was near the end of its life.
There was only one curtain in each room which made it possible to see in and impossible to cut out the light. The room was not obviously overlooked but this was not really suitable for family accommodation.
Air-con was installed but you had to pay an additional 20 euros per night to get the control to turn it on - that was not mentioned on *******.
In summary, the room was good but not great. The location was fantastic. I would recommend them with some caution.

We have had a very bad experience with this hotel - because of a handyman who used our apartment while we were on tour - drank our beer and ate our food - Laid in our bed and watched TV - we contacted the reception and got a explanation - was promised a refund of 30% of the price - in addition we were 6 six people and were promised 3 bedrooms but there were only 2. when we got home the hotel wouldn't refund anyway.

The apartment was great, clean, plenty of room for us, good location. Our only complain is that getting inside to park is a bit difficult. The main door to get to the parking is very narrow, not easy to get in from already narrow street, which would be good to know, and very hard to open. It seems to get stuck. When we were leaving to get back to airport we thought we will miss the flight because we could not get the door open for a while.
If you don't need to park, its a great place, we loved it!

Apartments are located in another block away from the address you’re given. Which is under construction. All scaffolded up, covered on one whole side. Workers there, main doors to building always kept opened, not just unlocked. Out apartment was lovely, so spacious, comfy, very well equipped. Couple streets back from Tyn church & square. Could walk everywhere.
