Very average hotel. We recommend it for families with children which in my opinion is a slight misunderstanding. There are ubiquitous stairs in the main part of the hotel. The elevator only goes to the lobby above the reception, then it's a labyrinth in combination with stairs down, then up within the same floor. A total failure for families with children having, for example, a stroller as well as for all others moving with suitcases. There is no paddling pool for children at the pool, a microscopic pool. In addition, several saunas and 2 Jacuzzi tubs. The swimming pool from 21:00-00:00 is only for adults and, strangely enough, after 21 there was a note saying there was a technical break/failure and the jacuzzi could not be used. There is no air conditioning in the rooms. We got one day of heat, which basically made it impossible to stay comfortably in the room, taking into account the slants and roof windows. There was a broken floor fan in the room as a substitute for air conditioning. Discharged batteries in the TV remote controls in the rooms, the staff needed 2 days to find new batteries. The rooms have torn blinds/blinds (photos attached) and holes in the ceiling left open (photos attached). Tap water is so heavily chlorinated that it caused gagging when washing. Outside, on the terrace and in the garden by the restaurant, there is constant noise from the nearby refrigeration units located below the garden area. The food is another very weak side of the hotel. Very very very bad, all tasteless, completely under seasoned. Confectionery "bread" that could not be eaten. And finally, the reception staff working as if for punishment. There is also no place for a longer walk in the vicinity of the hotel. Descent to the lake and no paths, e.g. along the lake. The only forest path leads to residential estates.
