1.老闆人真的好，印象深刻，賓至如歸
2.房間整潔乾淨，缺點是狹小潮濕
3.一樓房間的窗台與外面地面齊平。感覺一半在地下室
4.隔音真的差，對面孩子開着門説話，像是在我床頭喊話，可能因為走廊狹窄屋頂低等問題使擴音迴音效果更嚴重
5.每當對面有人開門，我的方面就會不斷晃動，風吹的那種不斷晃動，半夜被晃醒實在起不來，早晨又被晃醒發現是鎖芯那裡銜接不好，後來在門縫塞了窗簾的綁帶再關門解決了這一問題
6.看評論不太明白顧客嫌棄洗手枱臉盆小，覺得無所謂，自己用才發現，臉盆太小，上方還有個小支架放牙杯，導致臉無法放到臉盆正上方，水就會滴到地上，然後踩到房間，使原本就潮濕的房間越發黏黏糊糊
7.床角非常尖鋭，一不小心容易劃傷腿
8.周遭環境差，不好找，轉了好久，一片雜亂的居民區中。
最後，老闆真的很好，賓至如歸。

非常體驗，必須滿分好評，房間明亮乾淨，走廊地面都能當鏡子，停車方便，關鍵是老闆，典型的青島熱心小哥，不能説有求必應，就是太熱情禮貌，還給推薦良心吃飯地方，非常好的體驗，下次必定再次選擇

老闆人很好，還自己做了旅遊攻略。店面雖然有點小，但是很乾凈。早上起來就看見老闆在洗床單被褥。店面位置也很好距離地鐵站也就三百米左右，周邊還有個市場，晚上自己買點海鮮到邊上的飯店加工一下，再要點燒烤喝點啤酒很是愜意。白天就根據老闆的攻略到五四廣場，八大關，小麥島，奧帆基地等都很方便。總體來説這個店雖然小，東西舊了點。但是很乾凈衞生，老闆人也熱情，經營的也很用心。用老闆的話説就是，不能給青島人丟臉。重要的是很經濟實惠，尤其是旅遊旺季的時候

地理位置好，交通方便，衞生很乾凈，老闆天好就曬被子，床單被罩每天換洗。交通方便，門口還有一個大的停車場，可以免費停車。出門200米就有地鐵，到台東，五四廣場，八大關，中山路，棧橋，石長者。店裡服務熱情，出門想去哪玩，交通等都可以問老闆。一個很不錯的店，物美價廉。

房間乾淨衞生，門口就是停車場。老闆人特別熱情，服務很好，而且周邊非常便利買東西吃飯都非常方便。距離地鐵口200米走路四分鐘，去台東步行街吃小吃，五四廣場看燈光秀，石長者看日出都很方便。

地理位置很好，周邊交通方便離地鐵口很近，尤其房間非常乾淨整潔，晚上睡覺很安靜，性價比超高非常適合一家老小居住，周邊餐飲也很多，停車超級便利，以後來青島的首選居住地。
