房間位置靠近青島第一浴場和青島海底世界，打開窗可以看到海，步行到海邊也就15分鐘樣子，我們主要是為了來海邊游泳，還算不錯的選項。房東非常熱心提供幫助，房間環境佈置也可以。
唯一的建議是衞生間的窗户比較高，也沒有通風扇，有異味比較難處理。希望商家改進。
