Fantastic serene calm place to stay. Next to the major attraction or drifting and mountain hiking. Hotel has a great restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay and feel relaxed afterwards.

房間是別墅，上下都有滅蚊燈，沒感覺到有蚊子，打掃也很及時，可惜清明去的一直在下暴雨，一樓有點黴味二樓還好

問題一熱水，我們房間熱水要放10分鐘才有熱水，和前台打電話説這個問題，説讓我們放一會？！！！洗了一個涼水澡！！
問題二早餐，一個58元一份得早餐，連雞蛋都沒有，因為沒有拍照片可惜了！
想好好解決問題，畢竟也不便宜，500一晚上呢～對吧，又不是大冤種！

作為一名金鑽會員價格，很多城市都住過，體驗感最差的一次，前台服務生（男）接待面無表情，語言生硬！做酒店的服務是很重要的一項，行李也沒有管家服務生幫忙拎，定的這間户型還在二樓，還要自己拎上去。總之自己的感受以後來清遠這個城市不會在入住這家了！！！！！

位置很好找，周邊吃飯也很方便，服務不錯，房間佈置很合理，泡池也很好，離筆架山很近，周邊景點也不遠，親子週末休閑的好去處。

環境：這裏的樹和建築（別墅的形式）掩隱，很安靜，小鳥也比較多。不用出去了，呆在裏面就好。出市區也很近，走出去就行。
服務：酒店工作人員有禮貌，見面都問好
