新裝修完不久的酒店，乾淨但沒有裝修的味道，在七台河市應該算是很好的酒店了，位置市中心，距步行街和新瑪特都不遠，吃飯買東西都比較方便，酒店有七層，地下一是餐廳，房型好像商務房是陽面的。晚上很安靜，隔音很好，也有地毯，所有上下左右基本都聽不見噪音，睡眠基本不會被打擾。早餐很乾凈，房間打掃也都很及時。因為火車到站很早，清晨到的，前台也很貼心的安排了臨時客房休息，總體感覺不錯。

環境非常好，前台人也特別的好，以後出差旅遊會首選這家酒店，早餐種類很豐富，大家態度很温和，有什麼要求都會盡量滿足，大家沖沖沖，替大家種草了

前台服務不人性化 過於僵硬 早餐風格為東北農家菜系為主 過於油膩 並且款式很少 適合囫圇吞棗的用餐人羣 室內設施管理不好 半夜零時室內音響突然超大聲播放 並且關閉不了 賓館經常接待婚禮客人 過於吵鬧 影響隔壁客人休息 賓館沒有提醒客人主觀意識 房間衞生清理不好 床單 地面 明顯有上拔客人遺留的痕跡
因是新店 環境與設施不錯
七台河地域內連鎖店裡算好的 但價格與連鎖店定位不配佩 與旁邊的如家一個水平 硬件可以 軟件跟不上 管理與服務 應該加強 特別是服務

回家探親，由於多年未回來了，很多地方都不熟悉了，覺得這個位置應該比較方便，網上預訂了，等到了以後發現果然很方便免費停車，大堂冷氣實足，服務也非常好，房間設施全，新，非常滿意，唯一哭的我有點遺憾的就是電梯太慢了，不過也能接受。

7日早上6點多洗頭時發現自帶的綿柔巾不在了，因為最近剛染過頭髮，雖説已洗過一次、但是擔心濕發會染到酒店的毛巾，所以自帶的，去到酒店前台諮詢原因，前台説是半夜接班，聯繫客房打掃人員，對講機問詢後，客房打掃人員回覆進行了續住打掃，並未回答其他，前台進行了查找後竟然回覆我讓我自己訂一個，我無法理解這麼大型連鎖酒店因酒店原因造成客人不方便竟然讓客人自己解決，然後酒店前台態度惡劣，和客人僵持不下，一直強調自己半夜接班，不知道情況，無法解決。幸虧當時退房的一個寶媽看見後拿了自己的寶寶棉柔巾送給我使用，再次感謝寶媽的幫助，希望她新年快樂，平安順遂。希望酒店對此可以進行培訓，否則這樣的前台一定會影響酒店的聲譽，造成客源流失

前台圓圓服務非常好，剛才車鑰匙找不到，前台兩個小姐妹和保安大爺在大冷天也都幫助我一起找，最後幫我找到了，非常感謝，真的是能睡個好覺了今天，非常感謝麗楓酒店的員工！

酒店服務也很好，小姐姐給送了黃瓜🥒面膜，還有銀耳羹，客房姐姐還幫我疊了散落的衣服，酒店還有自助洗衣房，住了幾天衣服就放在洗衣機裏面清洗，很乾凈，還有熨燙機，整體體驗感特別的棒！推薦入住
