The hotel offers a stunning lake view, a very warm and cozy room, comfortable bedding, and it is cleaned thoroughly every day to a tidy standard.

I book this hotel thinking that its must be pretty high quality under the millennium group but I was so wrong. The furnishing and deco looks so outdated, the carpet feels so dirty and they dont even provide slippers in the room which looks so old. It was a pretty uncomfortable experience.

The hotel is a bit old, but the hygiene is impeccable – very clean. Parking is free, and it's right across from the lake. It's also not far from the city; you can walk or take a taxi.

The hotel has a beautiful view and good service, but the bed is old and very uncomfortable. It sinks when you lie down, making it hard to sleep.

A bit far from town, need to walk around 20min. WiFi is lag, the toilet door is a bit hard to open. However, the view from the hotel is great.

The hotel overlooks the lake, boasting beautiful and peaceful surroundings. It's just a convenient 10-15 minute walk to Queenstown town center, and the price is quite reasonable.

It's decent. The location is quite good, about a 13-minute walk to the city center. Free parking is available, and most amenities and sights are within walking distance. It's also just a 10-minute drive from the airport, with a bus stop conveniently located right outside.

The room was very spacious, and parking was very convenient. The only minor drawback was that downtown was a ten-minute walk away, and the walk back was entirely uphill, which could be quite tiring.

The hotel is a bit old, and the facilities aren't very new. On the plus side, it offers free parking. It's about a 15-minute walk from the city center. We stayed in a spacious duplex apartment, and our room offered beautiful views of Lake Wakatipu and the snow-capped mountains.

Apart from the slightly high price, everything else about the hotel was great. The room facilities and amenities were all brand new, and the bathroom looked like it had just been renovated. It featured a private balcony with a lovely lake view. A bus stop is conveniently located right outside the entrance, and the Milford Sound shuttle bus also makes a stop here.

The hotel's breakfast times are very strict. Five families stayed here, and one of them arrived for breakfast at 10 AM only to be denied entry. This meant we missed out on the pre-paid breakfast, which was a significant loss. I would not recommend the breakfast at this hotel; it's much better to head to the city center for some bread and milk, as the hotel's breakfast is truly mediocre. It was, in fact, the worst breakfast I've had during my 15 days in New Zealand. The hotel itself is pleasant, and its location isn't too far from the city center, which would be acceptable if you're not traveling with kids. However, for us, with children, it was genuinely tiring because parking in the city center is neither convenient nor cheap. While the hotel's overall environment and cleanliness were good, one minor inconvenience was the old-fashioned, fixed showerhead that couldn't be detached. All in all, this hotel is not very convenient for families with young children.

We booked a lake view room. Although it was on the ground floor, it had a lovely balcony, which was perfect for couples to enjoy the Queenstown views from. Breakfast is served very punctually, so if you're late, you might not be accommodated. Queenstown truly is beautiful!
