Marriott Boston Quincy Reviews

Note that Wifi is charged, bottled water is charged, no slippers or toothbrushes, and on prem parking is charged. I didn’t know Marriott is such a different concept in America than in Asia.

This booking was supposed to happen August 29, 2025 but something happened and I lost money for nothing. I will be in Boston from August 27 to August 30th, so I have nothing to comment.

I’m not sure if there were many events happening during our stay, but the hotel felt very crowded and noisy. The cleanliness of the public areas was terrible, and it seemed like there weren’t enough housekeeping staff working.

Nice room with a king bed and a sofa

The hospitality was poor. Only one bath towel were in the room even though there were 4 guests. Housekeeping staff spoke vert little english.

Awesome stay all around from check in - to check out. I extended my reservation the next morning- wasn't inconvenienced having to go back to the front desk and check-in again that's customer service!

The bathroom in the room is old and not clean. Normally, when staying in other places in the same chain, it is quite good to very good. On the day of check-out, there was an overcharge from the credit card. When asking the staff, they just said that it would be refunded to the card without specifying a time period, telling us to wait. The service at the counter was not good. The room was quite musty and humid. The bathroom was not clean, but the bed was good and comfortable to sleep in. However, the bathroom was very old. I was not impressed and strongly recommend that it should be improved. Cancel bookings for other days. Must find new accommodations.

Beautiful back garden, lie down in the sun

This hotel is located in the business district, close to the subway station. If you drive yourself, you can get on the highway in 2 minutes. The location is very convenient. The rooms inside the hotel are spacious, clean and hygienic. It is a perfect choice.

The location is super convenient and the service is good. I basically choose here every time I come.
