Nice clean comfortable hotel rooms. Shame that they accommodate too many children. In all fairness I was there for 3 nights the first 2 very good but on the last night, they must of put all the children on my floor. These children are at an age were they simply don't have the brain capacity to think. They were banging doors making noise till around 5 in the morning thus meaning I struggled to sleep. I did call down to reception to notify them earlier in the evening, to state I believe there is going to be a problem with these children through the night, obviously nothing was done because the noise continued. I understand that it's all about filling up the rooms, because it's more money for the hotel but if they are going to have youngsters, maybe it should just be an hotel for them only . In the future for future guests these children need supervision, this is surely the only way this would work if you are too continue to accommodate all different age groups.

It is a very good hotel, suitable for families, clean, good service.

The room is clean, breakfast don’t have much options but is still acceptable, location is a bit far from the city center and the river side but you can go by bus to the center, the station is just in front of the hotel entrance and cost you 2.5 Euro, otherwise you can grab a uber, is also very convenient and more cheaper if you are travelling with 3-4 persons. The only thing that admired me why a lot of people choose this hotel is because they have a very big outdoor parking and is completely free of charge. I was driving a car and in Porto if you want to find a hotel with car parks is a bit difficult, if have, they need to get paid and the public car parks inside the city are extremely expensive. I did some research and this is the only hotel with the biggest car park in the area and completely free of charge, so if you are driving this hotel is the best choice. Also the staff (trainee) who helped me to do the check in is very nice 👍🏻

A bit far from city centre but great parking and there's a bus stop nearby. Amazing breakfasts till 12! Never seen any other hotel with half-day breakfasts! Very friendly staff. Good facilities, cozy rooms and a nice bed.

For travellers by driving.  It is an amazing location.

Nice and modern room. We pay 3 Euro for the tax but is worth as the price include a very nice breakfast. Thanks for the reception helpful and hospitality and we have 2 bottles of red wine to enjoy at the lobby.

Good place with plenty of parking space 20 minutes driving from downtown.

Good facilities, friendly staff. Location is not very central but you can take the public bus into town or call a taxi.

The hotel offers a free car parking and provides breakfast with sufficient variety of food and drinks. Besides, it is not far from city centre of Porto.

This hotel offers great value for money. Parking is convenient, and the rooms are spacious, so I had a comfortable stay.

As a hotel for resting when arriving in Porto late, it is still good. The price is cost-effective and there is no problem.
