The basic facilities not working
No TV set
Got kettle in the room but no mug or cup provided

Bilik kotor, toilet kotor.. panggil housekeeping tukar cadar, staff tukar cadar dengan tak buka selipar, pakai selipar dalam bilik sambil kemas2.. Fyi staff pakai selipar yg pakaii dari rumah ye, bukan selipar yg bersih.. Memang 1st & last la check in sini 👎🏻
