Kai De Feng Hotel

I knew I was fooled when I arrived at the door of the hotel (from the service, facilities, and conditions). That night, I booked the CapitaLand Hotel on Ctrip.com (because you have to pass by your hotel when entering the city, it looks good), and I came to the hotel early the next morning to check in. Very good 👍I booked a parent-child room, so there is a 1.8-meter wide bed and a 1.35-meter single bed in the room. The mattress is moderately firm and there is a wall between the two beds. The oxygen machine is specially designed for guests to inhale oxygen free of charge for 24 hours. The sanitation of the rooms and toilets is very good (because the conditions of staying last night are so bad, smelly, and the price is similar to here) at least there is no smell in the room! The hotel has free breakfast, eggs, rice porridge, soy milk, green vegetables. My mother thinks it is very good. It takes more than 1 hour to drive from Ruoergai Prairie (more than 1 hour on the road is worth it, because there are all beautiful scenery along the way). By the way, there is a free garage on the first floor of the hotel, but there are not many parking spaces. Friends who want to go can go early. Friends who come to play strongly recommend this hotel. 酒店的早餐很豐盛可口，菜餚色香味俱全，造形美觀，而且營養價值高。如果有機會下次一定來這個酒店

設施跟環境挺老的，房間根本就不像圖片，就是照騙。房間電視機上的燈就不亮，整個房間就睡覺頭頂的燈亮。房間整體小，大的行李箱打開都擠擠的。所謂的有氧房間，衹有個機器在。我的會員兑換的權益，店家提都沒有提

這是一家老牌酒店可，18年的時候各方面都還不錯，房間雖小，但衞生和早餐各方面都還不錯，但這次體驗實在不好，晚上整個酒店有轟轟轟的聲音，設施傢俱等都有比較陳舊，沒有數據線控，馬桶也是壞的，以前這酒店聽説是接待過重量級客人的，希望酒店重新裝修，重回往日的形象

設施：房間供應氧氣，香薰味道超好，有助睡眠。配套齊全，衞生間做到了乾濕分離，全新的布草。 衞生：乾淨衞生 環境：有觀景房十分舒適。 服務：超好，還有免費的送餐服務。 早餐:品種很多，有我超喜歡的紅棗糕。二樓餐廳的特色菜品超好吃，尤其是手抓羊排，藏香豬做法很多。餐廳服務員也很熱情，在整個就餐過程都很用心。

房間設施不滿意，製氧機一直往外面冒水，而且聲音大。預訂的豪華親子供氧房間入住後發現4樓都是普通客房，聯繫了工作人員還狡辯説4樓就是豪華客房，不滿意的體驗。

停車場員工聽不懂普通話，態度極差，房間設備老舊，早餐種類不全，很早就沒有了，很不好的一次體驗

剛入住就送了水果，早上停水了也及時送了熱水。前台姐姐服務態度超級超級好。一直笑嘻嘻的。保安大叔也及時指揮停車❤️
